Honestly, the best Portuguese spot in the entire city! The food is incredibly fresh, and the sauce? It’s out of this world—homemade and so good I could honestly drink it. I highly recommend dining in for your first visit to really experience the freshness and quality of their food. It’s also a fantastic option for takeout, whether it’s for family, friends, or the office. They offer an amazing variety for catering as well. My personal favorites are the chicken breasts, wings, their delicious salad dressing, and the in-house rice pudding. This place never disappoints!

Red Rooster was quite underwhelming. The food lacked flavor, with no real spices or standout taste, making it feel very average compared to the competition that are minutes away. There wasn’t anything memorable or exciting about the meal, and it simply didn’t meet expectations. If you’re looking for bold flavors, you might want to look elsewhere. I ordered 4 pounds of wings which were delicious, as usual. The fries however were incredibly oily and gross. See below. Disappointed the restaurant would offer these fries.

Amazing Portuguese food. We usually get the chicken breast meal with rice and potato. Definitely get the hot sauce as well.

Since my in-laws moved to the area, I've been eyeing this restaurant every time I drive by, finally had a chance to try it out! Ordered a family pack which consists of a whole chicken, medium rice and parisienne potatoes, on the side we also ordered some wings as well. Food was great! Chicken wasn't dry, potatoes nice and tender, and rice was flavourful. Called in ahead of time as well to place the order but it didn't take long at all for it to be ready. Will definitely be coming back!

Stopped in for some dinner with a friend and our 2 toddlers. The restaurant was very clean and the staff was so friendly and fast! The chicken was delicious and the fries were amazing! My little one loves the rice and ate most of it on me!

Great place to grab a quick delicious lunch! Their half chicken combo is $13.75 and the portions are huge. The chicken sauce is amazing and their fries are perfect. The restaurant offers many seats for guests so there is normally no wait at all for a sit down meal. There is a parking lot available with plenty of space and they offer catoring services as well. Come here for delicious Portuguese chicken!
