This place has gone DOWNHILL. My mother went to pickup food and the cashier tried to PHYSICALLY ATTACK her because she pointed out the amount on the pay machine was wrong by over 17$. The cashier came around the desk and tried to attack her because she was trying not to overpay for what she ordered. The cashier was screaming and was taken down and held down by another customer that was luckily there to defend my mother. Stay FAR AWAY from this restaurant. Will never give my business here again.

Taste wise this place is pretty good but don’t go here if you don’t want Hershey squirts💩the day after each time you eat here. However, if you’re looking for an unhealthy alternative to cleanse your colon, LOOK NO FURTHER! This is the place for you! I’m not sure what causes the nausea and diarrhea in this food but it’s pretty bad.

My first time trying: Ordered two half chicken dinners. Potatoes are good. Fries are good. Chicken is dry and over cooked (yes even the dark meat part of the half) but tbh I’m not sure if our chicken was pre-cooked and reheated when I ordered, cuz that’s what it tasted like. It also did not come with sauce, and there is certainly not enough sauce on it. I ordered 15min in advance, waited about 20min for it upon arrival. The attendant at the cash seemed to be working alone, and not very courteous. Nobody in the restaurant except one guy at an empty table reading a newspaper. I was there at 5pm on the dot on a Saturday :/ Also prices online do not match what I was charged. When I asked if I could see the bill, I questioned the prices and was met with a rudely toned response that they had just recently increased.

Excellent service, very tasty food, very attentive even though I don't speak English, the lady served me very well, I recommend it and the rice and salad taste very good

Pretty good restaurant! I love the portions they give you for the price that you pay. Everything is also made fresh and it’s really clean. The atmosphere could be better, there’s blaring music and a tv going simultaneously which can be a bit annoying, but it’s still a nice setup. As for the service, very nice people and no complaints! :)

Absolutely love this place however I ordered takeout today (over $100 worth of food) & as soon as I got home (I drove 35 minutes from Toronto) the paper bag broke & all the food fell onto the ground. Next time please be more careful with packing the bags more light & not as heavy. Paper bags are not reliable so they shouldn’t be packed so heavy. Also the food has gravy so it’s prone to leak and cause the bag to tear.

We ordered the Family Pack special for takeout. It included 1 whole rotisserie chicken, 1 medium rice and 1 medium potatoes. Also, added 1 medium BBQ sauce and 3 cod cakes. Cod cakes were still nice and crispy when we got home. Chicken was good but needed the BBQ sauce or else it could be abit dry. Wish the chicken was better cut. It was hard to tell the pieces a part. Rice and potatoes complimented the chicken well.
