The servers are nice and the food is pretty good. I've been here many times and the food has always been good and is served quite fast. I highly recommend, especially if you love chicken.

We ordered through Ubereats. The pieces were double sized by just a very thick better. Almost thrown away the thick pieces of dry batters and a little bit left! We upgraded some pieces to white meet but didn’t get them, it was just regular combination. After sending complaint note, they refunded the extra of the upgrade but it took us 15 minutes to write a complaint. I wish they would have cared about what we had initially bought so we would’ve enjoyed the meal.. The coke is served in cups which doesn’t seem quite right, I would prefer to have sealed cans/bottles instead. Overall disappointing :(

Came in on a Tuesday night and ordered 16 pc combo. We asked for Original chicken, they gave us spicy chicken. I called to tell them and they advised me to come in to replace the chicken. Unfortunately that evening it was already late so I asked if I could come the following week and was advised I could and they would replace my chicken. They asked that I call in advance. I called and was asked to call back later then passed off to someone else who was going to call me back (and never did). I came by the restaurant and was advised that she needed to call the manager even though she told me she was calling when I called in 45 min prior. Manager wanted to speak to me and then told me that yes, she recalled my call last week but that she needed to check the camera to see if I was actually given spicy chicken or not ans that I had to wait. Picture of the unkempt restaurant was taken while I was sitting here waiting and writing this review. The overall experience and frustration is unbelievable for chicken that they made a mistake on. Not only did I spend $60+ and NOT have dinner to give my kids but also then treated like a villan when I came by to get it resolved (AFTER I had called and mentioned it RIGHT after it happened). After making me wait for them to check the camera to then realize it was an error, theu then made me wait for the chicken an extra 15 min. At the very least I thought they might comp a side to compensate for the error, inconvenience and poor experience overall, but nope. So out of spite, I ordered fries from the golden arches restaurant next door instead. While I do like their chicken I can confidently say I WILL NOT be visiting this location again. To anyone thinking I'm just an angry person ranting, I ask you to look at my other reviews. I provide credit where it's due and generally take the time to write positive reviews.

If I could give 4.5 stars I would. Food was really good and the service was fine. What I didn’t like is that I was the first customer of the day around 11:00am and the restaurant wasn’t that clean. If it’s not clean up front I would be concerned with cleanliness out back. Tip: Clean the windows, wipe the table tops, and give the floor a sweep before opening each day.

The food I ordered was cold and not too much barbecue sauce for a bbq chicken sandwich. It was a bit difficult to get the servers attention after ordering and getting my sandwich, to ask for additional ketchup and provide my survey receipt. She was busy chatting in her language to a coworker. The guy was clueless when I handed him my survey receipt for the complimentary biscuit. The food tasted good but I am annoyed that it was cold !

I really like the food here. Generous portions, the chicken taste amazing, much better than Mary Brown and Popeyes. Normally I dislike brisket as they are dry, but here they are moist and delicious. I've been there 2x and will probably eat here 1-2 times a week. I wish they had daily specials. Good job everyone.
