I was disappointed to find a hair stuck on the honey biscuits. This was not just one biscuit—there was hair on all three of the biscuits I ordered as an extra. This is not the level of cleanliness or care I expect from any restaurant, especially when it comes to something that is meant to be a treat. I hope the staff takes extra care in maintaining cleanliness and food safety moving forward.

A pretty quiet and peaceful spot with excellent food. You can tell the quality is top-notch—the oil was fresh, and everything tasted clean and well-prepared. The staff provided great customer service, making the experience even better. The biscuits were a standout, definitely better than Popeyes! Overall, a solid place to dine, and I really wish they had locations in other cities like Ottawa and Montreal. The cleanliness was also impressive, which made the visit even more enjoyable.

Ordered a Mexican Chicken Sandwich- Found hair between the lettuce above the chicken. Disgusting! Made me puke. I reported it on Uber Eats they not only did they not provide a refund; but my case was not taken seriously. Finding hair in your meal is disgusting. I’m never ordering from this place again. Was a regular customer; no longer.

I am a Church’s Chicken lover and this is my first time in the one in Newmarket. The cleanliness was amazing the staff constantly washing their hands and using the proper PPE (hair nets and beard nets). Very lovely customer service and fresh food was done in 15 minutes!

First time being here... We arrived at 1230 am on a Friday night.. the girl at the front taking orders had such an "I hate customers " vibe. The floor was very messy everywhere. I ordered the chicken sandwich. It was just ok, but the BBQ was gross, more like a cheap sweet and sour taste. Maybe I'll give it another try.

My wife and I visited this establishment yesterday after a rather lengthy wait at Service Ontario. The service staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. Since it was our first time dining there, they kindly guided us through the menu and ensured that we ordered the perfect amount of food for our needs. They even surprised us with some complimentary items, such as extra fries, jalapeno cheese bombers, and honey butter biscuits, so that we could sample a wider variety of their offerings. The food was absolutely delicious, particularly the spicy chicken, which was fresh, juicy, and crispy. My wife remarked that it was the best chicken she had ever tasted in Newmarket, and I wholeheartedly agree.

2023: 3.75/5 Had one of their chicken burgers (3.5/5), some drumsticks (4/5), and a drink. Chicken burger was average, nothing special about it, rather plain imo... Drumsticks were okay, not too greasy, not dry, could have more spices but they were good overall... Service was a bit slow, though good overall...restaurant was clean...
