It's my second time at this location , both times I order the same dish Steak & Lobster tail ; first time was horrible my lobster was bad and they only change that , I think they should have changed the whole plate ... give the place a second chance, but all tho prices are reasonable, service is not really good and definitely not in my top 10 places to visit . Amazing atmosphere! Came here for a birthday, and it was fantastic! They had a lot of great options when it came to food and dessert. Great drink choices, both alcoholic and non. Would highly recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a great place for a large group or a small party. One thing was the bathroom for the men was out of order when we went.

We had a large group of srs. Took us almost 2.5 hours to order , eat and get our bills. Sure, there was a very large group, however, we paid our 3% honest to goodness fee, NOT, plus 15% sales tax as per usual, and then we had no choice but to pay 18% tip. We had no service. Our one waitress was wonderful, but there should have been another staff, especially since this was set up two weeks ago. Just horrible, slow service. You lost a lot of business today, at least 35 people who may tell 35 people each, etc, etc. My 15.00 special was 25.00. Crazy. I did see 2 other team members, but I guess helping out just wasn't their job. Sad

Just wanna thank Chelsey for an amazing experience Chuck roadhouse Welland Ontario. She was on point. It’s the first time I’ve been at Chuck’s in Welland and not sat dry for a drink or with no napkins or with anyone checking on us. It was packed and she gave quality service with a pleasant attitude in a very busy atmosphere for my daughter and my stepfather we enjoyed our dinner. Thank you not enough complement. You really deserve it girl. Thank you so much.

Good service and decent food! Great pricing, especially if you go for apps after 9! Can be a bit loud in the restaurant but not excessive.

Our server Taylor was amazing, otherwise I would have left 1 star. First off, the Honest to Goodness fee caught us by surprise when we got home to review the bill. I feel if you’re going to charge a fee for the following claim; “In order to continue providing fresh, fabulous food at incredible prices, we need to add 3% to all prices.” the food should be fresh. I also don’t agree that a charge should be added without knowing about it, that’s just a scam to me. I ordered the fish and chips. The fish felt like it was double cooked; the color shows it’s obviously burnt, the inside was very dry, and my fries were cold. Management removed my meal from the bill, however the Honest to Goodness fee should have been removed as well, and should cease to exist. Fresh food is an expectation, from any restaurant. Period. It should not be presented as an add on.

In general, the quality of Chucks has come down. But I was super-disappointed going for dinner tonight! I usually getter better food and drink service at a fast food shop. The waitress was apathetic when we put in our order. When we received the sweet potato fries, they were obviously burnt. The waitress commented before we did at how burnt the fries were, but continued, that she does not work in the kitchen. We ate part of 1 fry and sent the rest to the garbage, but were still expected to pay the $1.99 upgrade. The hamburger was pretty good. The Chuck's Philly Cheese sandwich looked pathetic and small... and it was dry! The only thing this restaurant did to my expectations... charge the extra 3% Honest to Goodness fee. I came home and ate a salad.

Can’t go wrong with their half priced apps! Spinach dip is a must. Prices are affordable, even with the honest to goodness fee. My friends and I split a bunch of things, and my bill with a drink was under $20 (no alcohol). Our server was nice, and seemed on top of things.
