October 30, 2024 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We visited Chuck's for dinner, which is our go-to spot when we’re craving steak on a budget. This time, I ordered the New York strip, and my partner got the usual T-bone. His steak was cooked to perfection, but mine was just a bit overcooked and could have used a bit more seasoning. The sides, however, were great—the mushrooms and corn were absolutely delicious. The mashed potatoes with gravy weren't amazing, but for the price, it’s hard to complain. Overall, a solid place for an affordable steak night! October 8, 2024 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We visited Chuck's Roadhouse Bar & Grill for a quick lunch and had a generally good experience. We ordered the Porterhouse steak with a side of mushrooms and the Chicken Tacos. The Porterhouse steak was cooked to perfection, but unfortunately, the chicken in the taco was burnt. However, the waitress was very understanding and quickly had a fresh taco made, which I took to go, and my son enjoyed it at home. Overall, the service was great—fast, efficient, and friendly—and the restaurant was clean and welcoming.

My family and I usually love Chucks Roadhouse. We have been to many locations in different cities and they have been consistent with the food and customer service. We went to this location for my nieces birthday for a family dinner. The service was great, we had RJ who was very attentive and kind. However, we ordered a lot of food and the kids meals came with fries that were old and dry, my mom ordered the steak and lobster with a baked potato and the potato was also old and dry. You could tell they were not fresh! We let the kitchen know because someone had fries with their meal so we asked for the next order to be fresh and those fries came out the same way. I asked for my steak to be medium and it was very undercooked! We were very nice about it and explained that we have never had an issue but we were a bit disappointed. The staff mentioned that the manager wasn’t there but they called him and all he did was give us a few $5 chucks bucks. We spent quite a bit and the manager didn’t really care to make it better, even to take off the kids meals. It’s not the money, it’s the effort to make things better and have your customers leaving happy and not disappointed. We will not be going back to that location!

Food was fresh, hot, and delicious. The staff at the time of our visit was great. Order was taken without delay even it was busy, and food was served with smile with caring.

We really enjoyed the food! Our order came timely. The price was reasonable. Our steak was cooked perfectly medium rare. The servers were also attentive and friendly. Although, we showed up before the place got busy. It was really a great experience!

This place has a different policies from other chucks in terms of availing an offer. I didn’t really enjoyed the service. Food was awesome like always.

Service was good, food was very disappointing. Wings were very dry, asked for sauce to improve, charged an extra dollar. Tacos were disappointing and saucy. Asked for a manager but none were in on a Friday night. I normally only give positive reviews but disappointed we couldn’t speak to someone to improve the food. Honest to goodness fee?? 3% extra and then it’s charged tax on the fee? Won’t be visiting any chucks again.

Our go to favourite roadhouse steak for a quick steak cravings. Steaks here are great to the taste and serving sizes are generous enough for the average appetite but if you wanna go full tilt you can always go the bigger sizes, 20 oz., and for sure will be enough for anyone. However you like your steak, Chuck’s kitchen will never go wrong, might it be rare to well done, their steaks comes out well prepared. All in all, you can never go wrong with Chuck’s, food and price are very competitive compare to other steak houses.
