Really bad waiter. It took ages to get our beers. Also, they rushed our decisions, they would lean over and ask for an answer like we were disabled, when we were just discussing a small detail together so we could order confidently, he could literally see we were talking to each other. The peppercorn steak was kinda gross, they charred the sauce/cheese on top way to much. The fries came overflowing on a plate they were definitely not meant for, it was a very ugly presentation, like a big basket of fries dumped on top of a sushi roll plate.

If I'm being honest, I wasn't expecting a pleasant experience going in. I've eaten at other Chuck's locations and left unsatisfied. But I've got to say, my experience here was far beyond what I expected. From Natasha's amazing and attentive service ( while training may I add!), to the much better than expected quality of the food, this was a 10 out of 10 experience for me. The temperature of my steak was so spot on that it melted in my mouth, and for a budget friendly restaurant that's amazing. Overall thrilled with my recent experience there, and will definitely be returning.

Calamari was extremely small and soggy. Not what I expected at all. Buffalo chicken sandwich was okay. Sweet fries were nice, however the barbecue sauce was quite runny. Very friendly waitress.

I am really disappointed with Chuck’s. We ordered steak with mashed potatoes, and the mashed potatoes were expired. When we informed the waitress, she said she would remove it from the bill, but neither she nor any other staff members apologized for the bad food. Additionally, they didn’t inform us beforehand about an 18% service charge. When we asked for the bill, she told us that if there are more than six people, they add an 18% service charge. We are frequent visitors to the Burlington Chuck’s and have never been charged this before. They failed to inform us, and there’s a big difference between offering service and ripping people off.

We were so hungry after work so we went to chucks’ roadhouse at speers road oakville around 5.30-6pm thursday. It doesn’t look that busy that time only few customers. We ordered some beers with wings and BBQ chicken. We got an order after about 25-30mints. We have received burned oily wings that was very salty. We asked to change it then again we got the same one with extra salt and oil in it which was very well done not able to eat. It was very disappointing and frustrating. Not worth of spending that much money here.

As a food critic my self, this may be the worst restaurant I have reviewed in my life, waited over 30 minutes for our orders to be taken. Would not even give a one star, worst service, terrible dry steak, and a goat cheese salad without any goat cheese will not be coming back again. Asked for balsamic vinegar and got a bottle of Vinegar.

Wednesday Rib day. Got the Rib and wings. Both came out at good temperatures and delicious. Just took a bit to get someone to take our initial order when we sat down but other then that the service was great. Food and drinks were excellent and reasonably priced. Would go back again.

I visited Chuck's Roadhouse Bar and Grill with my parents and had mixed feelings about the experience. The food was generally good, but unfortunately, my parents' order was missed and never served. We only realized this after reaching out to the waiter, who was busy serving the entire floor. It was too late to cook their order by the time we found out, so we ordered an appetizer instead. While the food was amazing and tasty, the service left a lot to be desired. We were disappointed that no solution was offered for the mistake made. It would have been nice to see the restaurant take steps to make things right, like offering a complimentary dessert or drink. Overall, I'm not sure if I would consider going back to Chuck's Roadhouse Bar and Grill. While the food is great, they need to work on their service and customer satisfaction. If they can address these issues and show that they value their customers, I would be more inclined to give them another chance
