Danika my server is the most professional, timely, and considerate server I know. She always makes sure you are not waiting and remembers what you like. I am in sales and what we do is definitely similar. I appreciate the thoughtfullness and that she always make sure you have gotten what you need from the trip to Chuck's Roadhouse. 10 out of 10!!!!!

Love Chucks but was very disappointed by our visit today. Went in at 1, greeted and seated immediately. We sat at a booth in the bar (table 66 according to our receipt) and waited several minutes to be greeted. Kosta finally came over and didn't even say hello just "What do you want to drink?" We ordered our food and beverages at the same time and he still hadn't returned with our drinks by the time our food came. We ended up having to ask another server to get cutlery and drinks for us. When he finally came back to collect plates, he hardly said a word just dropped the bill and left. We came to Chucks after friends recently were so impressed by the Wasaga Beach location but would not recommend to anyone this one. Food was good but the service was horrendous, considering the restaurant wasn't very full.

My group of friends went 10/27/24. We had a big company of 10 people. We did not have a reservation but thankfully they took us in, it’s a sports bar restaurant after all. First off, our food arrived an hour late. I timed it. Considering it was a group of 10 people, it sucks, but understandable in a way. The food arrived cold. I order the Chicken Parm Pasta, and the pasta was cold. The servers attitude. I worked in customer service and as a server for a while now. I have never seen a waitress with this amount of attitude. She was rude, didn’t even apologize for the fact we waited 1 hour to get our food (not her fault but still), and looked directly at the screen as we imputed her tip. Overall 2/5!

Have driven by these in the past and always meant to stop in....TODAY was the day....and I was NOT disappointed!!! So glad to see a "new" (2015) CANADIAN (MISSISSAUGA !!!!) company continue to succeed and their atmosphere, servers and a terrific kitchen pushing out delicious food are the main reasons. Not the crazy "downtown T.O." prices but reasonably priced and quality meat for their burgers. The regular selections are a big meal but the "BIG CHUCK" is a double meal!!! Thanks to all!!!!!

My friends and I had a disappointing experience at Chuck's Roadhouse around 11 PM. We were looking forward to their half-price apps offer after 9 PM. When we ordered our food, the server, Ryan L., told us that we needed to order beverages to get the half-price offer. We ordered water and food first. Just 2 minutes later, we decided to order drinks, but Ryan said we wouldn’t get the half-price deal because he already punched in the order and couldn’t change it. This was frustrating since I also work as a server at a fine dining restaurant and I know this could have been handled differently. To make things worse, one of our dishes, a Caesar salad, was poorly made. It lacked enough dressing and had tiny rock-like bits in it. When we informed Ryan, he just apologized and didn’t offer a refund or a replacement. Overall, this was the worst experience I've had at Chuck's Roadhouse. Ryan was unhelpful and inflexible, and the food quality was subpar. This experience was a huge letdown, especially considering previous visits were much better.

I wanted a glass of fresh milk, there was a sign on the backwall that states "fresh milk served here" I ordered a large glass of white milk...the waitress said that they didn't have that on the menu. The bar probably serves "White Russians" which requires milk. Why was I not able to get a (L) white milk; The beef dip & gravy with sweet potato fries were great.

We're big fans of chucks and have been to different locations throughout Ontario. This one was a little disappointing compared to the others. We requested 2 steaks mid rare, they were mid well and well. We sent them back and by the time they came back we had finished eating everything else, they were not seasoned properly and had an odd taste. A server walked into me with a tray of drinks spilling it all over me, she was very apologetic but no one offered a towel so my clothes were wet for the duration of the meal. Our server, although very pleasant, forgot my drink, and was very slow to return to the table. We could see her spending a lot of time talking to staff in the kitchen. I had to flag her down when we needed something and I had to send another server to the kitchen to ask her to get our bill. Overall not the worst experience but not the best.

Chuck's Roadhouse Bar & Grill is a great franchise. It openly makes it clear what their goal is and that's to deliver great value products and services. I've been to several locations now and they all deliver a consistent experience generally. All the food was served promptly, fresh and hot. On Wednesdays you can enjoy a Full Rack of Ribs at a discount which is what I did. No regrets, it was delicious, juicy and meaty. The burgers here are hearty, tender and packed with flavour at half the price of most places. All the sides were great with lots of options to pick from. Notably the kids meals are generous portions. Even the Beer 🍻 and 🍷 drinks have low prices. The overall valued experience here is simply Great.
