After our order was messed up, we found one of the buns to be covered in mold. I have never had this happen at any fast food restaurant before and this was most disturbing and unsanitary. Very disappointed. When we went back to the restaurant, no compensation or refund was offered. This is the last time we will be ordering from here.

The royal chicken burger, featuring a juicy chicken breast with crisp lettuce and tangy sauce, is a standout dish that's simple yet incredibly satisfying. While the food impresses, service could be quicker. A single person appeared to handle operations during my visit, resulting in a 20-minute wait. Despite this, the quality of the food made the delay more bearable. Sides like fresh coleslaw rounded out the meal well, though the fries were unremarkable. The ambiance benefits from the restaurant's scenic surroundings and clean interior. For fans of bold, spiced-up chicken dishes, ChickQueen delivers. Just be prepared for a bit of a wait--and maybe bring a friend to help tackle the heat.

We went to ChickQueen for dinner. Got 3 chicken tenders, the Royal Crunchy Sandwich and 3 pieces Fried chicken (drumsticks, thighs and wings) and some sides (fries and coleslaw). The staff was friendly and kept us informed on how long it will take for them to prep because this place cook their order fresh. Yes, when the food was out, everything was hot and fresh. The tenders with their CQ sauce was delicious! And the fried chicken was my fav! So juicy and so moist! The place is bright and clean! And they are Halal too! Definitely recommending to come for some chickens!

I placed an ordered over the phone and received it hot and crispy. Ordered 2 chicken combos and it was delicious!The chicken is halal by hand...they have halal certificate too...The hotsauce goes very well with the fries. The tandoori fries were bomb! Jaspreet was happy to help and was a wonderful hostess to us. We requested for some extra stuff like napkins, sauces, ketchup, plates...she was very kind and made sure we had a good experience.

Walked in, asked for 6 pieces dark meat, wanted to charge me $24 plus tax At first the cashier tried to sell me a combo, I insisted I just wanted chicken, cashier started to become confused, After that, seems like a manager came out and told me they don’t do just chicken only.. But I told them I don’t eat fries, mashed potatoes, or macaroni.. Manager finally gave me price or $24 plus tax for 6 pieces dark meat chicken. I told them to cancel it, they literally turned their back against me and started doing other stuff immediately.

Noticed this place opened up and gave it a try. Very clean store, lots of seats, customer service was great, owner was very pleasant and said if after I eat there are any issues to let her know. Very kind staff, very appreciative of my business. Wait time was about 5 mins, worth it because the food was hot/fresh/crispy/tasty. Ordered a tandoori chicken wrap, tandoori fries, small mac salad, and 1 biscuit with a sprite. Flavours on point, crispy chicken and juicy on the inside, really had a crunch if u know what I mean. Wrap was nicely wrapped and not sloppy, they panini press it after so the outside gets a nice toast/crisp. Fries were crispy/tasty, loaded into the box, very good portion of fries. Mac salad was good. The biscuit was very fresh not stale like u get at Popeyes or Church’s sometimes. Good size biscuit too, bigger than Popeyes/Church’s. Drink wasn’t watered down or lack of fizz, and they give free refills! Overall very happy I chose to come here, was headed to Mr. Sub next door but this caught my eye with all the grand opening flags lol. Highly recommend to anyone who enjoys good fried chicken. Definitely will be coming back for more!

10% off aug19 to23rd!! I went on the 20th. Ordered a royal crunchy burger and 3pc fried chicken. The customer in front of me and I waited over 30mins for our order. During that time, I looked at my receipt, no 10% discount.... this should be automatically adjusted and promoted by the owner and employees. Got my take out order went home and the burger is like the size of a junior burger, the 3 piece chicken is the size of kfc chicken. $10.99 for 3pc!! Unfortunately this wasn't a good experience for me.

We went on first day of Grand opening. We had an amazing experience. Excellent food and great customer service. Fried chicken was juicy and crispy. Tenders were yummy. Tandoori fries were so delish. I would highly recommend the spicy fried chicken.
