I recently visited the new Chick-fil-A location in Newmarket, and I must say I was thoroughly impressed! Despite the restaurant being crazy busy, the service was incredibly fast and efficient. Cheryl, who served us, was absolutely amazing. She was friendly, attentive, and went out of her way to ensure we had a great experience. It’s rare to find such excellent customer service during such a high-pressure time, and Cheryl truly stood out. The food was fresh, delicious, and met the high quality Chick-fil-A is known for. I hope the service and quality remain consistently excellent at this location. Looking forward to coming back soon!

Excellent! The best service fastfood restaurant i have ever seen! New opening! Everything is excellent. The environment is every clean and comfortable. Very tasty and good looking chicken sandwiches. Thanks for the good team, Mark, Princess, Zachery and so on. They provided very friendly and professional service. You just stay in your table and they will pick your order and deliver meal as soon as possible. I just ordered 2 sauces for my deep fried potato waffles. Zachery actively asked me if there every good and I just greedily asked for one more flavor(Honey mustard). He didn't hesitate for a second and gave me on immediately. I feel so warm for that. For the food, everything is perfect. Juicy sandwiches with crispy chicken. Don't miss out deep fried potato waffles, it's highly recommend(and I recommend the chick-fil-A sauce and honey mustard).

Very tender chicken, chickfila sauce was great. Vegetables were very fresh. The salad here would probably be amazing too. Service was amazing. Gave us free wipes and mints for after the meal. Expensive for fast food. Could just get a full pho/rice meal for about the same price

Excited to see Chick-fill-A in Newmarket. The taste is awesome as always. I've tried the Vaughan Mills branch and now this one. Super delicious. All complementary sauces were amazing. Visited on 14th November on the day of its grand opening !!!!

I really wanted this rating to be higher as I’m a longtime fan of Chick-fil-A yearsssss before they ever came to Canada. The drive through was super long which was expected, given that it was opening week. It took us about 10mins before our order was placed, staff were very warm and friendly. Unfortunately, my order was completely wrong, I paid for a deluxe chicken combo no pickles and 12ct nugget combo. When I got home I realized I was given a classic chicken combo with pickles and a 6ct nugget combo. I was actually shocked since the girl at drive thru repeated my order as she gave it to me so I felt confident that it was correct. Unfortunately I am allergic to pickles so I was unable to eat my food. The 6ct wasn’t enough for my girls to share. It was an absolute disaster to a Friday night. The distance to drive back and tackling that lineup definitely wasn’t worth it for us. So long story short ALWAYS take the time to check your food no matter how backed up, regardless of if they tell you exactly what your order is.

FINALLY!! straight from the U.S. to Newmarket!! Great spicy chicken sandwiches!! Waffle fries are good. Service is even better...I chose to eat in as the drive through was over 50 cars long with 2 cop cars there(see pic)..insane!! Eating in though, I got a table right away from the nicest guy, Shawn, and then a server came right to my table to take my order. I paid on the spot and my order came to my table in 3.46 minutes ( I timed it). Incredible considering how busy and packed this place is!! Great food, even better customer service, what more can I say!! 5 stars for sure and I will be going back many times!! 💖

Was able to go in and eat on opening day. I ordered the deluxe spicy chicken combo with a cookies and cream shake for dessert. The service was fast though I waited longer than necessary for my soda beverage. Overall, a great edition to Newmarket.

Beautiful new Chik-Fil-A location with fantastic staff who exceeded our expectations! Thank you… Our pleasure!
