Awesome Filipino breakfast, snacks, desserts and soups all answer to your cravings. We went there and blown away by the service, cleanliness, tasty treats and the ambience. We won't forget the courteous cashier staff.

My brother-in-law was craving Filipino food so we decided to try this place out. He went for the Arroz Caldo ($12.99) which is a chicken congee-like hearty soup. Toppings included sliced hard boiled egg, pieces of chicken, vegetable fried spring rolls, fried garlic bits and spring onions. It had the essential ginger flavour. For Filipinos it’s a comforting homey bowl on a cold day and it hit the spot for him. My sis tried one of the breakfast meals that typically consists of garlic fried rice, eggs and another protein like sausage, meat or fish. Tuyo-Silog ($14.99) is an acrynom of Tuyo (fried dried fish), sinangag (garlic fried rice) and itlog (egg). Chibugan’s version comes with 4 pieces of tuyo with a vinegar based dipping sauce, a large serving of garlic fried rice flecked with bits of fried garlic, two eggs, fried eggplant with a fermented shrimp paste condiment, and diced tomato and cucumber. All these flavours pack a punch and is not for the uninitiated. If this is the first time for you to try a Filipino breakfast I would probably suggest starting with Tapsilog (marinated beef). My sister enjoyed her meal. It was mid afternoon so my brother and I just wanted a snack. We shared Fried Vegetable Spring Rolls (3 pcs-$4.99) and Spring Rolls Pork (5 pcs-$3.99). They were good but nothing beats the flavour and crispness of just fried rolls made at home. I tried the Pandan Caffe Latte $6.99 and it was okay, sweet and comforting. I took out a Pares Noodle ($17.99) for my parents and they said it was okay. The restaurant isn’t big and I would describe it as a slightly elevated Filipino version of a diner or brunch spot. There’s only 4 tables and single window seating. Service is friendly and courteous.

We had a good experience and loved the food we ordered! It was my first time having toasted siopao and it exceeded my expectation! And we had the Sisilog and Tapsilog, beside the unique way of plating, which is on the box, we were satisfied by the portion of the food. It was worth the money! We’re definitely going back to try the other things.

Tried several filipino restaurant but I would say that this is one of the best! My husband and I enjoyed our food. Pares Rice is a must try and their biko leche flan! Their menu includes traditional “silog”, lomi batangas and quezon’s chami and habhab.. foods that you surely miss! Service time is a bit slow although its worth the wait cause the foods served tastes deliciously authentic! I guess the only downside is the payment method… maybe they can improve on it.. there is an extra charge when you pay via credit card.. Overall its worth the visit.. :)

Found this place on Google and decided to give it a shot. Pretty cozy clean restaurant with good vibe and quite modern. Not your typical Filipino restaurant. I ordered their Batangas lomi with fresh lumpia and I was pleasantly surprised how good it was. The price was on point with the portion. I also tried their siopao which was pretty good. I wanted to try their casava suman but it was over priced for a small size. Overall, I would definitely come back and try the rest of their menu.

If you're looking for a warm, welcoming dining experience, this small Filipino restaurant is a must-visit. Owned and operated by a very nice family, the name says it all: "chibugan" means “eating time” or “come and get it!”—and my advice is, come and get it. The La Paz Batchoy is a standout dish; you won't be disappointed. With a stylish modern interior, friendly staff, and truly tasty food, what more could you ask for?

Dropped by here to grab a quick snack and a drink with my partner. The pan de coco was alright, but the real winner was the strawberry corn milk they made! It was delicious! My partner got a pandan cold latte without coffee and thought it was good too! Marilou was our server and she was absolutely amazing, super nice and walked us through everything. The restaurant used to be Hand Slaughtered Halal but isn't any more.
