Went here with my grandson, it was amazing, staff were inviting and friendly, quick service with a smile, the games were fun and enjoyable, bowling was a hit, definitely will be coming back for more fun and enjoyment. Also there were 3 birthday parties going on and no one was waiting for games the flow was great. The manager was amazing and helpful with any questions we had and was very attentive to any and all our needs. Keep up the good work guys, great place, we will be back

My family and I attended the GameTime Kids NYE, event which was nothing short of amazing. We were greeted with smiles immediately upon entering and the service was outstanding. Mia and Ellie were our services and went above and beyond to ensure we were well taken care of. The atmosphere was perfect to ring in the New Year with the kids. They had a blast playing the games and bowling, and the area was clean and well cared for. The added bonus of the countdown paired with the screen visuals was so much fun. The cost was beyond fair given all the incentives included and it made for a great night of family fun. Special thanks to Maddie and Tammy for planning such a great event and to Aaron for ensuring everything ran smoothly. Danny and all the redemption centre crew deserve a shout out as well. They made sure all games were operational, stocked and the area was safe and clean for everyone to enjoy. We will for sure be returning next year!

Such a fun night at Game time and our server, Emily, was fantastic. Food was good and reasonably priced. So many games and not a lot of waiting for machines or pool tables. Kids and adults had a blast.

This review is purely for the kids new years countdown. The food was good so I’ll leave that. we paid money for this kids countdown and expected the balloons overhead to drop. we went to the 330pm countdown. there was about 50 kids under the balloon drop and they all counted down from 10, everyone yelled happy new years… and then nothing. The kids were left with their hands in the air. It was comical really. EVENTUALLY minutes later a parent went ahead and pulled the string for the balloons.. It was so disappointing I’m assuming now that they were leaving the balloon drop for their last countdown of the day HOWEVER that should have been stated before hand or on the website. Now I’m left with a video of my child counting down from 10… and standing there confused looking at the balloons that never dropped. I hope they manage that better next time…

My family and I visited GameTime today and we had a great time! We were serviced by Kasey and she was amazing. My family had an allergy and she made sure we were taken care of and our food came out delicious. I highly recommend the brisket sandwich. The place played amazing music and had a good variety of games. We will be back with our friends!

I came to this place place for a team event organized by the company I work for. It started at noon on Tuesday. There are a lot of machines to spend time with friends. Due to the time and day, it was almost only the people from my company there. For food we got chicken wings, fried broccoli, pizza and bruschetta. Only the wings were good. The pizza was very regular trending to bad.

Gametime was a lot of fun, the food was very good! I got the tex-mex bowl, and we split the cheese fritters and nachos. I also got the Habanero peach margarita, it was okay, I wish it had more of a peach flavour, however whatever they rimmed the glass with was fantastic! Our server was really sweet, and checked on us constantly. The games were very fun, though I do wish they had more to choose from, for a night out it's a great time. We did not get to try the bowling but next time we are definitely adding that to the list! Mario Kart is always a classic (which I won against my partner hahaha) the axe throwing is always one of our favourites as well.

First things first, the food is really bad. It’s a shame to say because I was really looking forward to coming here for the first time. Me and my partner got the chips and guacamole, meat lovers pizza, mac and cheese, and a couple wings. Everything but the wings had an issue. The pizza was thinner than paper (it literally had holes in it because of how brittle the dough was), the mac and cheese had huge chunks of garlic and the guacamole dip just tasted off and just not good. I really hate writing negative reviews and I usually like to assume that my distaste with a meal might be a personal preference but the food quality at this place was just blantly BAD. After eating we also decided to play some of the games here and they also somehow gave us problems. We probably ran into 3 games that either stole credits, were broken or didn’t work. We payed toooo much money at an establishment that puts no effort into thier cuisine or entertainment. The only good thing i can say about the experience was the service. Our server Amelia was so so soooooo professional and was pleasant to have around. She made sure we were constantly okay and was just hands down and really good server. Bottom line is if you’re going to come here I recommend it’s just to watch a sports game and have a drink at the bar but I wouldn’t come here looking for a good bite.
