Chef Grande Mediterranean Cuisine

My first time coming here. A young lady initially served me. I found her to be very proactive and hard working (you don’t see that often these days tbh). I was then talking to another worker there, and he was very nice. The food was very good. The juices of the sandwich were so well blended, with the meat and pita bread. I will definitely be coming again on my break or when I’m hungry. Oh, and the price for a sandwich was definitely worth it as well. 💪🏽💪🏽💪🏽

Chef Grande is an absolute gem! From the moment you walk in, you’re greeted with warm, friendly service and an inviting atmosphere that sets the tone for an incredible dining experience. But let’s talk about the real star of the show: their sauce. It’s nothing short of spectacular. Whether it’s drizzled over their perfectly cooked shawarma, paired with their tender proteins, or served as a dip on the side, it’s clear that an extraordinary amount of care and expertise goes into crafting it. Rich, flavorful, and with just the right balance of spices—it’s the kind of sauce you’ll dream about long after the meal is over. Every dish we tried was beautifully presented and absolutely delicious, but the sauce really elevated everything to the next level. Chef Grande has truly mastered the art of creating food that comforts and excites at the same time. This place is a must-visit for anyone who appreciates phenomenal food made with passion. I can’t wait to come back and try more of their menu—though I know I’ll be ordering extra sauce no matter what!

Food - 5/5 Service - 5/5 Ambiance - 5/5 Price - Mid Ranged I ordered Chicken Saj and it was for $12. This was one of the best chicken I've had in the saj, it was tasty and was not blend in taste at all. If you are in town, it's definitely worth a visit.

We came here for a Sunday lunch and were very happy with our choice. They offer Egyptian style Shawarma and Falafel. The staff are very friendly and spent time giving is a history of the restaurant and we talked about Egyptian Cuisine. We ordered a “Chicken Shawarma Plate” and a “Falafel Wrap”. They food was very tasty and made of fresh ingredients. Also, when they were cutting the chicken pieces, there wasn’t too much oil coming off of the meat, which reassured me of it being healthier than other places. Falafel tasted pleasantly different from other shawarma places and the staff explained to us how the ingredients are different for Egyptian style falafels.

Great spot for great food, and above and beyond customer service. The gentleman that runs this place knows the business well and serves his customers efficiently attentively listening to their requests. I ordered a chicken shawarma plate with less rice and more veggies. Gave me a few options on how I’d like it and picked one of his recommendations. Enjoyable experience overall.

Update (Oct2024): New menu items added in recent months, as well as daily and weekly specials. I just ate the Chicken Shawarma Sag (Saj), which is now my favorite item here. The best Egyptian style Shawarma in Burlington is here at Chef Grande. I've tried several items on their menu, but my chicken shawarma wrap, loaded with everything (and spicy) hits the spot every time. I come here at least twice per month, usually more often. Their hot sauce is not too spicy and it tastes great, (although I do love some heat personally, so I order mine extra spicy). Everything is always fresh. The staff are friendly. If you enjoy shawarma, falafel, etc. then Chef Grande in Burlington is the place you need to go to.
