So good. Had the seafood dinner 10/10 and the Philly steak sandwich was amazing. Wings were nice and crispy. Every thing was well done here . Will attend again. The waitress was amazing too.

Castle John’s is one of my favorite places in Newmarket. The food is always on point—especially the wings and burgers, which are packed with flavor and come in huge portions. The atmosphere is super chill, perfect for watching a game or catching up with friends. The staff is friendly and the service is quick, even when they’re busy. It’s got that laid-back pub vibe that makes you want to come back again and again. Definitely worth checking out!

Sheldon is such a vibe!! Made our night so much fun!!! Brought friends from the south here and they loved it because of the service! Koi makes the best Caesar’s !! This place is amazing and all the staff is so amazing. I feel like I’m in the show Cheers when I come here!!

Came here multiple times, always decent. Food is good, service is okay, but at times the food makes up for the service. Multiple good things here from the wings, to the pasta, to sandwiches to the apps. Good spot to watch sports as they have a large TV. Usually only go to watch sports or play pool with the pool table they have in the back. Would recommend, and will be back.

Location seems relatively new as the booths, flooring, etc. show little wear. The restaurant is very spacious and caters to the sports bar crowd, with lots of TVs on the walls; many booths have their own TV as well. If you’re into watching a game over dinner or drinks, this place is for you. Also noticed 4 dartboard areas, and a live band was setting up to play later. Large food menu with many of the usual pub classics plus several choices for vegetarians. I had soup & sandwich with an upgrade to French onion soup, and my friend had roasted pepper soup, Greek salad, and bruschetta. The food was great and our service was quick and friendly. I would go back to this place.

We celebrated my husband’s 50th birthday party on Saturday at your place. They gave us the back part of the restaurant to ourselves for about 30-ish people that came. There was a band that played through the night, which made it that more special. I want to thank you all for such an amazing time. The food was delicious and was raved about by everyone there. The service was fantastic. They went above and beyond what we thought we would receive. Our servers, Jesse, and Danielle were amazing. They always checked on us and make sure everyone was good. I’d give this place 1000 stars if I could but it’s only five I could give above lol. Thank you for helping us ring in my husband‘s 50th birthday. We had a blast.

Castle John's was a lovely experience. The atmosphere is nice and the food is fantastic! I had the 1lb wing deal and added a small Buffalo Chicken Poutine to my order. My friend ordered the Chicken Parmasean. It was very difficult to choose what to order as there are so many amazing dishes on the menu! Cannot wait to try more! My waitress was very pleasant and attentive. I will definitely be back to Castle John's soon!
