Great food. Tom was amazing. His recommendations were on point. The portion size is massive. A hidden gem in Newmarket! Tom also helped me make a sauce with all ingredients on the table as I am a vegetarian and was not able to eat the fish sauce. Excellent creation.

Loved the Satay Beef Noddles and fried Noodles with Seafood. Amazing food and they now open during the holidays which I went on a Thanksgiving Monday.

The food here is delicious! Passes the kid test too. We have been there twice and the food has not disappointed. The beef kebabs were out of this world, and the pickled carrots and cucumber were crisp and delicious. The crispy noodles are a family favourite, just so crisp and when they soak up the gravy, YUM! We’ve previously had the pho and the flavours of the broth is one of the best I’ve had. It seems the next dish to try is the Pad Thai!

I came to this restaurant following social media recommendations and boy I did not regret. It is probably the best noodle place I’ve been to in North America in terms of taste and overall vibe. To be clear, I came from a part of China whose cuisine was heavily influenced by southeastern Asian food. I could not get the taste that closely resembles home despite Toronto having many Chinese cuisine represented. This restaurant is the closest thing. Even if you don’t have a personal attachment to this kind of food, I think you will find that the dishes are thoughtfully made. The service was very friendly, and the place has pics of Cambodian attractions as decoration which strangely made me nostalgic.

Great little place which is hard to find unless you check it on the maps. Their fried noodles dishes are mind blowing. Crispy noodles with a light gravy that has umami flavors. Their chili sauce is homemade so a must have. The fried rice, although mild, tastes really nice. The egg rolls unfortunately did not have any flavor. Food is not oily and they do not use any artificial coloring ( even the blue pickled onion in the photo is pea flower based) at all which is a highlight for me.

WOW, YOU GOTTA'EAT HERE! Absolutely authentic. Extremely flavorful with a home cooked taste. Not overly greasy. The food ingredients are fresh and not frozen, priced competitively. Nice atmosphere with a quaint feel. Food takes a bit of time which is a good sign, everything is cooked to order. The durian drink was flavorful and made with frozen durian, the smell of the fruit is quite pungent, so make sure you love durian before ordering it. I liked it. My wife ordered the filtered coffee shake and we loved it. It is quite strong so make sure you love the coffee taste. The food speaks volumes, so I'll let you judge for yourself : ) The customer service is really nice and they humbly catered to our tastes and made the food extremely spicy. You cannot go wrong here. My new go to spot.

Update 2024-08 Same good food! Been coming here for over 15 years and it's still delicious as ever. The menu has been updated to include vietnamese phò to accomodate everyone but my go to is still the #23 Battambong Style Noodle Soup that is loaded with various kinds of meat such as pork meat, pork liver and meat patty topped off with sauté garlic. Friendly atmosphere and service. Older Post: Love their noodles! If you are a fan of Pho and want to try something new. I recommend you try Noodle King's pho. Authentic Cambodia style. They make their own meatball. It's just a different kick to the usual vietnamese pho that's so common out there. I wished there were more chains around. Everytime I am in town, this is a go to place for a nice bowl of hot soup! Battambong style is my favorite.
