Burro

I ate almost every Taco. Each taco better than the one before. The cost is worth it. Amazing service, amazing hot sauce (they sell it too) but it’s the food that is exceptional. I also loved my virgin margarita, made exactly like I wanted.

Love Burro! The tacos and appetizers here are very consistent and always flavourful! We always leave satisfied and full and the portions are worth the price! The staff here are amazing and accommodate with dietary restrictions, not to mention they are 100% gluten free - so a great spot for those who are sensitive to gluten or celiac. Service is very fast and you get your food fairly quick. I highly recommend making a reservation because they are always booked for the night and it can be hard to walk in and get a table. Definitely a local favourite and a neighbourhood gem. If you’re ever in Burlington and are hungry af, Burro is the spot for you!

Indoor and outdoor seating, with good music that sets a nice vibe. Guacamole and chips were very good with a lot of Guac, seasoning and pumpkin seeds. Fish tacos were moist and melts in your mouth. Chicken tacos were a bit dry. Beef tacos were classic, and pulled pork was very flavourful. Watermelon peach slush is so refreshing and I loved the mango ginger beer refresher. Churros and cream for dessert were a hit, and went so well together with small crunchy bits of chocolate.

Burro Tacos and Tequila, located at 4-480 Brant Street South, Burlington, ON L7R 2G4, Canada, is a small restaurant with big flavors. My husband and I discovered it last night when we were searching for a gluten-free restaurant open around 9pm. Our Find Me Gluten Free app led us here. The tacos are outstanding; I had the fish tacos, and my husband had the chicken tacos. We also ordered the El Basa Ceviche, which was fantastic. Everything is 100% gluten-free. Today, I decided to return and try their cocktails, and they were excellent. The place is small, so reservations are recommended. However, if you go late at night or, like me, around 1:30pm, there’s usually no wait, and I was seated immediately, perhaps because I was alone. I would rate this place 10 out of 10.

We love this place - it's a lifesaver for people who require a gluten-free diet. All their tacos are awesome, but the fish and fried chicken are next level. Vegetarians win too - their Brussels sprout taco is the bomb! Staff is super friendly. Heads up: reservations recommended, this place is always packed! They even have gluten-free beer (score!), but just a warning that the portions for apps and tacos are a bit smaller and the price is a bit higher. Totally worth it though, the taste is amazing!

Love this place! Very small but very good, the prices are good for the area. The tacos are small but filling and full of flavour. The tacos and queso dip were very good. I would probably suggest making a reservation if you’re going at a busy time/day because it’s a small place but if not then you should be good. Service was friendly, fast and efficient. Love the atmosphere, overall very good and will be back.

We found this location on the find me gf app and so happy we did. Incredible gluten free tacos and churro’s. So glad we detoured off our route to go there!! We had the cease and desist, o.g fish and brussell sprout tacos. Close to the beachfront so we took our food to go and enjoyed the view.

The tacos are awesome. I had 1 each of the Habenaro Brisket, Jalapeño Fried Chicken, and the Chorizo Pork Shoulder. All of them were delicious, but the real standout for me was the Brisket taco. I'd have all 3 again. I paired the tacos with the House Cerveza which was the Wellington Helles Lager... delicious. The service was great and the restaurant was nicely decorated with a nice atmosphere. We'll be back!
