I'm giving a bad review because I ordered through skip the dishes and they were unable to contact you. Now not only am I without the food I wanted I have to wait 5-10 business days at Christmas to get my money refunded!

ordered my food online, around 30 minutes later they canceled my order and refused to take anymore orders, i don’t mind if you’re busy but don’t waste my time. my family now has to wait twice as long to eat because of this, just simple common courtesy

The food was expensive and didn't taste fresh. When we went, we had a choice of chicken or chicken, no beef was available. Limited toppings, the queso looked crusty. We will not be returning.

Service wasn't nice. Portions small (filled my burrito bowl half way). Quality of the food wasnt bad, but did not meet my expectations portion wise in any way for $14. Had to go get more food elsewhere. Wheres the other half of my burrito bowl?

Probably the worst burrito bowl I have ever had. It was bland and tasteless. If you want guacamole it's an extra dollar for an old paste like substance. No fresh avacodo. They also tightly ration the food with hardly any rice. The rice was plain and tasteless. Sorry but there is way better in Welland . This was extremely disappointing. Also the server was rude!!! Do better.

UPDATE... we both got sick to our stomachs through out the night. Food poisoning.. wonderful!!!! Everything was fresh but it was the most tasteless burrito I have ever had. No party in your mouth,just dull the rice had more flavor then any other ingredient, I ordered the tequila lime chicken, yet it tasted like tuna. I will avoid this place from now on. Nearly 50.00 for two, and tasteless

When this restaurant opened in the mall, I knew they were going to do well. There’s not a lot of variety in the mall so this would be a refreshing new option. I have been eating here frequently when they opened and it was absolutely amazing. I have tried most items in their menu from Burritos, Quesadillas to Taco Salad. I loved everything. It wasn’t just the food but the customer service from one specific associate that made this experience stellar. I did not get his name but he was only at this location temporarily to help train the new staff. It was on my last visit I have been notified that this amazing associate had returned back home to London. This is where it went down hill. My final and last order was a Quesadilla. Besides the fact that it was made so small, he also used his bare hands to handle my food. I was puzzled as he initially had gloves on but then, he took his gloves off to take the quesadillas from the grill to my container. Shocked at what I saw I had accepted my meal, to be thrown in the garbage and never returned. It’s a shame really that this business that I have absolutely loved become my absolutely hated. All I can think about is how he used his bare hands to handle my meal. Absolutely disgusting. Just to show how often I have gone to this buisness, I have one stamp left for their loyalty card and still I have not gone back to use it. ——————————————————————- The pictures I have attached are my orders when they were at their prime.

So to be fair to this location, I have been going here since it opened. I work in the mall and it is by far one of the freshest places to get fast-food in the food court, with that being said the food still isn’t considered “fresh” everything sits out in trays for a couple hours and begins to wilt. Sometimes it is replaced midway throughout the day if supply runs out. The biggest issue I have with this location now, is some of the employees act like they are rationing your food for $13 tacos. These tacos look pathetic, I wouldn’t pay 5 dollars for these and thats being generous. Yet this is completely dependent on the employee. Sometimes the tacos I get are absolutely loaded and indefinitely worth the money, other times its just sad to even look at. You can see the comparison between me and my coworkers tacos in the pictures below. (EDIT: I have returned to this location since my review, they have recognized me and even agreed that my tacos in the photo were unacceptable. Since then my orders have been back to being extremely filling. As much as i do still think it was a training issue, i do believe they are trying to better their mistake. Lets hope it stays this way, fingers crossed. Due to this I have re-rated to 3 stars.)
