5 stars alone for the girl who called us back when we ordered from Uber and didn't add rice by mistake to our naked burritos. She worked 9:30 PM on Jan 1st. I hope she gets a better opportunity for her. I appreciate her work.

The employees Samta and Anchal were very helpful and welcoming. The food they made for us was done promptly and efficiently. We are a bilingual family and they used our native language to make us feel more welcomed. They truly did an exceptional job!

The order taking girl was too rude and she doesn't even know how to behave with customers. Small, brown skin girl. She was yelling and rude while taking order. If you guys don't greet or be polite with customers or not happy with your job why you guys even doing the job. The worst customer service ever experienced from burrito Boyz. I usually daily visit several location of burrito Boyz but never had such a bad experience. And get a burnt burrito

I really enjoyed my time here. I go to the school not too far away from this location, so my friends usually come here every single week but I’ve never went with them before. I’ve been craving some quesadillas, so I decided to go with them. Me and my friend got chicken quesadilla and my other friend got a chicken burrito. When I first got there, the lady at the cash noticed that I was squinting to see the menu, (I forgot my glasses) she handed me a physical menu and offered to read it for me incase I was still struggling which I found very thoughtful. While I was ordering, she was very nice and kept complimenting me about my Hello Kitty phone case and my bracelets which made me very happy. Once all my friends and I got our orders, the workers there gave us each a bag of churros and a container of caramel for FREE. I don’t even like churros, but those churros were so good I ate them all in one sitting. Overall, everything was great. I loved the service, especially for it being my first time there, and I LOVED the food so much. I loved it so much that me and my friends are going back tomorrow during our lunch break. I only paid $15 for a drink, the quesadillas, and salsa, which I felt was a pretty decent price considering how filling it was. None of my friends, including me were able to finish it and I ended up eating the rest for dinner which was again, very filling.

I loved burrito and always order from different location. This is my first time ordering at this location and my experience is really worst. I order burrito from uber eats and when it come to me there is no beans inside not even a single. When I choose whole black bean why there is no it. Really disappointed
