Burrito Boyz Bayfield

Have ordered a few times on Uber Eats since they opened. First 2 times were great, food fresh, and order notes followed. And they even threw in some chips and salsa on the house. However, the past 2 times I’ve ordered, most recently yesterday afternoon, the guacamole that I pay extra for each time, is not provided. Every other ingredient is added except for the guacamole, which is pretty annoying as it’s extra charge and I’m not receiving it. Please train your staff to be more thorough with following order details.

I just tried this place for the first time tonight! No exaggeration at all, but I loved all of it! I got the pulled pork with rice & guacamole, peppers, mild sauce, a little bit of salsa, & the one signature sauce. Absolutely delicious! I never usually give reviews, but I loved it so much! This deserved the best review! :) ❤️

I had a fantastic experience ordering at Burrito Boyz thanks to the team's amazing customer service, which started before I arrived at the restaurant and continued to even after I'd left the door. I wish I'd gotten the names of the employees who helped me on the night of Sunday the 24th around 10pm because they are the best. I ordered a pickup order through Uber Eats and was surprised to be called to confirm my selections since I hadn't made a selection on one of my items, so thanks to the staff's attention and care, my order was made perfectly. Not only that, they helped me pick out the perfect sauce to use, and when I forgot it in the store, she came out to bring it to me. I don't come to Barrie often, but because of the amazing staff, I will be back to come here. I don't often write reviews, but I had to write one for the lovely team who works here.

This is absolutely one of the better franchise chain restaurants in Barrie. Even though they are franchise, this location in particular has a much more friendly, local feel. Most franchises do not care very much about the customer and are only trying to make money, but this location seems different. The employees are all very kind, and they make each customer feel special. I have now been coming to this location on a weekly basis, and every time they are extremely sincere and friendly. Even the manager takes the time out of his busy day to come out to the counter and greet the customer and thank them at the end. The people that prepare, the food are always very genuine and grateful. I am always impressed with the service that I get at this Burrito Boyz location!

Burrito Boyz in general is pretty good, but this location is the best! Everyone is friendly and smiling, the food is fresh, and they even weigh your burrito to ensure they're filling it to the max. They always ask if I want more toppings cause it doesn't weigh enough lol. If you're a 2-3 slice of pizza type, get the regular size, but if you can eat more, then get the large. They also have delicious churros!!

First time trying this location, and it did not disappoint, the staff were very polite and helpful when it came to suggestions and the portion size was great. This is the naked burrito with chicken and steak, and the loaded fries. At first, I was skeptical because I’m not a fan of cheese sauce, but their cheese sauce was great. The mango sauce was also great as well and the food overall was very tasty!

Super yummy grub, a dope lunch! I hauled a Naked Burrito Soy and Shrimp which was a great value for money, on the spot flavor and very reasonable value. Support local businesses! Best Mexican chain in Barrie without a doubt for sure.
