Burger Factory

This review of Burger Factory is based on a first impression and first burger. I have a very high bar for burgers so my 4 star should be considered high marks. The reason it's 4 is because 5 stars are charcoal grilled and that's my preference. My wife thought it was an extremely tasty burger. They use white onions for toppings instead of red which would make them even better. The restaurant was very clean and well laid out and the cook was very friendly and professional. If you haven't tried Burger Factory I highly recommend a visit. 👍👍

We were passing through Hamilton and decided to find a burger spot on Google. The reviews were good so we decided to stop by. I can honestly say that we did not go wrong. The food, service, and place were all amazing! The owners were amazing and even took the time to come see to make sure the food was good! If you’re around, stop by and come support them.

My Wife and I were out doing groceries yesterday and were craving burgers. We googled burger places near us and this place had the highest rating. The Food was honestly so good. I had the Utility Cheese (Philly basically) and my Wife had the Juicy Lucy (stuffed burger with cheese and japs) and it was awesome. Fries are cut and the milkshakes are definitely filling. The man working brought our food out and was super nice. He even gave us a 15% off card for our next visit. It’s a bit of a wait if they are busy but it is worth it. Will definitely be back.

Well, the chaser was genuinely interested in what I'm going to order and gives some advice about what to expect and order! The place is very clean and stuff is very polite! Definitely recommend it, and I will be back for sure! After all, I need to try funnel cake, I heard it is super good!

Tried Burger Factory for the first time tonight with my family. The owner was so friendly and came to talk to us while we waited for our food. He even gave us some complimentary ice cream while we waited. The food was super delicious and portions were big. Lots of options to customize your burger. My son who is a picky eater said it was the best burger he has ever had. And he has tried many burgers. My daughter had the poutine which was super cheesy and the gravy was amazing.The menu isn't too big which was perfect but still had plenty to choose from. Prices were reasonable and worth every penny.The restaurant including the washroom were clean. Will definitely be back to try other menu items. Forgot to take pics before everyone else dug into their food.

Burger Factory: Disappointing Food at Steep Prices Visited: September 14th Pros: Clean and well-lit restaurant Friendly staff Efficient service Cons: Limited seating: The restaurant is small and can get crowded. Expensive: $51.92 for two combos with upgraded fries felt excessive. Mediocre food: Burgers were dry and overcooked, buns were stale, and toppings were lackluster. Fries had black spots and lacked real bacon. Not comparable to alternatives: Felt more like fast food compared to other burger restaurants like Harvey's and Five Guys. Overall: While the staff was friendly and the restaurant was clean, the high price and disappointing food quality don't justify the overall experience. There are better burger options available for the price.
