Bombay Blue Indian & Hakka Cuisine

The chicken Chowmein was a delight. The Chicken curry was spicier than expected, the portion is okay, and 2 people can eat comfortably with in 30-40$ with 2-3 items in total. The place is comfortable with ambiance and structure they have, servers are friendly, but the place isn’t always crowded, so they don’t have additional staff on week days, but that would also mean better service and attention to detail (hopefully). I will continue to come back in short.

We live in Kitchener but whenever I come to GTA and look for the best Indo Chinese cuisine and then here is the place “Bombay Blue Indian & Hakka Cuisine”…! Food-Excellent & Authentic Delicious taste Service- Extremely Gracious Ambient Atmosphere Just Love it! I would definitely recommend to try its Schezwan Hakka noodles, Manchurian & Tandoori Veg platter. Rabri Falooda was a delicious desert. Mr. Ajay has made our day with his extraordinary and courteous customer service. Thank you!

You are playing with health of customers and violating all health and safety norms. If this is not addressed l will reach out to ministry against your establishment. Order Chilly paneer and Chilli chicken but it turned so bad. They used tofu instead of paneer and chicken was stale. This caused us a serious health issue. Never thought restaurant cheat this way. Total garbage. Please avoid.

If you crave for info-Chinese food , then this restaurant is a good try. The portion size is really good for the price. This is the only restaurant where I got Chinese bhel ( crispy noodles) . The staff is welcoming . Overall a good place for family gatherings

The one and only star is for the server who truly deserved 5 stars. The Hakka food is pathetic. I am from Bombay and the name in the restaurant is so misleading. It is nothing, not even an iota close to what Chinese you get to eat in Bombay. Please run away if you think of eating here. The fried rice was a joke- big pieces of French bean, corn, coriander, carrots- someone teach their chef how to cook a Hakka style fried rice, he clearly is a ‘pulav’ enthusiast. I’m never coming back even if it’s the last restaurant open.

My husband and I were craving a mix of Chinese and Indian street food, so we decided to visit Bombay Blue Indian & Hakka Cuisine, a place recommended by a friend. From the moment we walked in, we were impressed by the ambiance—it was warm and inviting, with plenty of seating available. We ordered Schezwan Noodles, Tikki Chaat, and Dahi Puri, and everything was absolutely delicious. The flavors were spot on, and each dish had its own unique taste. The Golgappas, in particular, were a standout—they were fresh, crispy, and bursting with flavor. We thoroughly enjoyed our meal, and it made for a wonderful time together. We visited late at night, so the restaurant was quiet with no one else around, which made the experience even more special. The combination of great food and a peaceful atmosphere allowed us to relax and enjoy each other's company. Overall, Bombay Blue exceeded our expectations, and we’re looking forward to coming back to explore more of their menu.

This place was a bit disappointing. The food was average, comparable to roadside stalls. The ambience felt dated, and they were definitely understaffed. We waited for 5 minutes at the front desk for someone to show up. We ordered sweet and salty lassi, which were very watery, and the peri peri chicken kebab, which was okay compared to the rest of the items. The Schezwan chicken noodles and chili chicken gravy were very bland and basic. The servers were really nice, which was the only positive aspect of this restaurant.

The ambience of the restaurant is inviting and comfortable, making it a great spot for a relaxed meal. We started our meal with the golgappa and Tiki, followed by Hakka noodles. The standout feature of the golgappas was that they were homemade, a refreshing change from the machine-made ones commonly served in Brampton. The taste was outstanding, capturing the authentic Indian flavor perfectly. The Tiki was also homemade, not the pre-packaged variety, which was quite a relief. It was delicious and had a genuine Indian taste. The Hakka noodles were equally impressive, with an excellent quantity and flavor. Although I ordered the Hakka Schezuan noodles expecting them to be spicy, I found I needed to add some extra chili to achieve the desired heat. The service at Bombay Blue was fantastic, with attentive staff ensuring we had everything we needed. Overall, the food was delicious, the portions were generous, and the service was top-notch. I highly recommend Bombay Blue Indian & Hakka Cuisine for anyone craving authentic and tasty Indian and Hakka dishes.
