I came here today and i was served by prabhjot. She is amazing and have really good customer service. Upon request she suggested me veg noodle burger which was beyond amazing and we had a mango shake too which was so good. A great thanks to prabhjot

They are seriously understaffed! You guys need to hire more people. My heart goes out for the young women working VERY HARD here. But they need extra help. I love the food here but every single time there is a delay in the order just because there are not enough people working. Sometimes they're doing online orders or cleaning the workplace which causes long delays. And that is neither fair to a paying customer nor is it fair to those people working there.

Fantastic malai kulfi and malai kulfi falooda. Their chai is also really good! They renovated the place and there are some tables to sit at. It’s a much nicer vibe.

It's an amazing place to try Gol-gappas. I loved their chat gol-gappas where they add a mint chutney as well. I cannot handle too much slice so that is loved it more. After trying their different types of gol-gappas we went all in, tried their samosa chat and gahar ka Halwa. Samosa Chat was very flavorful but was way too spicy although we ordered mild, upon asking the staff said it's the Samosas. I would suggest not to add spices to the Samosas as people who love hot spice can add it later but people who don't have a serious problem torturing their mouth lol. Gajar ka Halwa was amazingly good. Highly recommend this place

My husband and I had a truly awful experience at this restaurant. The burger lacked tomatoes and had wilted lettuce, they added cucumbers instead, making it inedible. The samosa chat was missing dahi and served ice-cold, which was a major letdown. The cold coffee was indescribably terrible. To make matters worse, both of us fell ill after eating there. This place not only serves subpar food but also poses a health risk. I would strongly advise against dining here. It was a deeply disappointing and distressing experience, one that I wouldn't want anyone else to go through. Wish could give negative stars. To add to our disappointment, when I asked the server about the burger's ingredients, they were unable to provide a clear explanation. It left us feeling even more frustrated and confused about what we were about to eat. This lack of knowledge from the staff only added to the overall negative experience.

Delicious food. Open late night. Good Chaats, Excellent Bun Kabab, Tasty Wraps, Best Dahi Barray (Ballay). For Chaats, order large because regular size is quite small. Chaat Papri was delicious, fresh & crunchy. Gol Gappa Chaat was also great. This is not a take-out-to-home item. Make sure you eat it right away or else the gol gappas will turn completely soggy and spoil the fun. Chicken Bun Kabab are delicious. They come in long buns which is unique & so soft & fresh along with the right mix of chutneys. Bollywood Cofee was good. This is milk coffee with a lot of froth. Kashmiri Chai was a huge disappointment. Pani Puri was ok'ish. For an occasional paan eater, Meetha Paan is not good. This is our goto snacks place. Almost all menu items are worth trying.

Its was good - I mean to be honest i thought gol gaape were made in the restaurant - but they tasted like ready to eat ones. Papri Chat was good and yummy , so 100% yes for papri chat. Price wise it was decent in quantity and was also good in taste. For me this will be one time try types. Packing was ok too. - I orderd it from skip the dishes and it came on time. So give it try and let me if it was good for you or not. Thanks
