3.5-4 average overall. Great food options for kids here - kid friendliness was a great perk.. Came here for small bites and service was a little bit on the slower side but very nice service. Appreciated the variety of items here and drinks as well. Good amount of seating for all group sizes.

We were told when we asked for a table for two at 630 that we needed to be done at 8 as there was a reservation then. Hostess seemed annoyed!!! Table was super small; first waitress came up to us, gave menus, told us specials and then another girl came by and asked us for drinks. Neither of them told us their names, and off they went in a rush. Second girl had a meh personality, had to wave her down for appetizer order. For some reason our main was ready at almost the same time as our app. No room for all of the plate, had to ask for ketchup , salt and pepper. Waitress looked disappointed at the $5 left in the table. You must earn your tip!!! Your service was lousy.

Great place to have a good time. Staff is friendly and professional. There’s a patio to enjoy the fresh air and the inside is cozy. A band named Jammers Waffle House had the place up and dancing. The food was good, drinks great and atmosphere really fun. It’s great to get up and dance! Highly recommend!

I liked this place a lot specially the patio in night with the lights on. We ordered swan tacos, nachos and Thai chicken lettuce wraps. Everything was great, delicious.

Our Wednesday night go-to! The pub grub special has quickly become one of our favourites in downtown. We usually get the same server every Wednesday and she’s great. Always very diligent with checking in on us, and very happy to recommend meals. They have a in-house beer that has become our standard choice for drinks. You can’t beat the price and taste at 6.50 a pint. If the owners/staff read this, see you next Wednesday!

This is a nice place, staffs also very nice and welcome. The day I went, there was live music and it's lovely. The only thing that make me not comeback is the taste. Don't get me wrong, the food is good and decent, just not my taste. My friend and I tried the chicken wings and tacos, and the orange-color sauce was super sour. We tried to finish it but not very happy tho. I then asked a staff and she said it's their special in-house sauce. I guess that the taste of the local.

It’s nice place in heart of Burlington downtown, close to waterfront, family oriented. It’s yours typical pub food and atmosphere, good people and good service. If you like to enjoy good and reasonable price menu. Atmosphere is good and service is good.

Went to the Black Swan to watch some Monday night football. The wings were very good; nice and crispy. There are more than enough televisions to be able to comfortably watch the game wherever you're seated. Odd that the kitchen closed at 9pm though.
