We went to attend a service a month ago at the church and we were excited to see this new restaurant. The place was too busy and almost all customers had a reservation. We were advised by one of the server to come a bit later. So, we came after 21/2 hrs. Yes, everybody was gone and we were seated. However, after being seated , we were waiting for someone to come and get our orders but three server were chatting and laughing relaxing. Just ignoring us. So, we left without saying anything. Never to come back.

We called to make RSVP, our call was not returned as it said they would. We called back to confirm. When we arrived they informed us they put us down for the following day. Fortunately, there was one table left for the 4 of us. We had to find our waitress to take our order. She brought our drinks, the pop came with a can and glass, but the juice just came in a bottle, no glass or straw.( This was fur an adult) Our meal took an hour to arrive at our table. The food was splendid. My souvlaki was perfect, the tiziki was the best I've ever had, the chicken was perfect. The schnitzel was very good. The chicken Primavera was delicious. The lobster Primavera he said hadore lobster than noodles !!! Review would be 10/10 for food, and a great menu. Review for staff and RSVP not good at all. The view is the best.. lighting in the parking lot will need to be addressed.. as will the door opening into the cold air.

First visit, generally good. Here are some personal comments, decide for yourself: - 4 ppl, Wed 630pm, place was very busy, reso needed - table right by the kitchen entrance which wasnt great but no other options. - steak, 8oz striploin with lobster side was good. They were out of ribeye already. - veal parm was very well liked. - chick parm was thin and dry, not very good - 4th dish was nachos. Ok for the app. - caesar salad was very good. - wine pours were excellent. - service was slow tho she did the best she could and was very good. - prices overall excellent.

Great place to have your meals situated on the hill next to Church. Do have beautiful indoor sitting as well as warm themed outside cozy arrangements and also open sky patio. I tried their breakfast and lunch, not much variety of dishes, but enough to fill your hunger with delicious taste. One of the recommended place near Midland

Really finely constructed food served up in generous portions! Spacious contemporary new restaurant in peaceful setting. The prime rib cheese steak ciabatta served up with the best fries I’ve eaten in decades ! Highly recommend! (Awesome looking patio too)

Made the pilgrimage to this joint located at Martyrs Shrine. Let’s just say I confessed more than my sins. Place is becoming Midlands hidden gem with beautiful views, great menu, and Raven delivered top notch service! Looks like I’m going to more than just church on Sundays!!!! Heh heh

What an absolute gem! We visited this restaurant after our AirBnb host recommended it following our trip to St. Marie Among the Hurons, and it turned out to be an amazing dining experience. The staff was incredibly attentive, friendly, and always smiling. The food was delicious— we both had the halibut burger with fries, and it was simply fantastic. The price point was also very reasonable. We enjoyed our meal on the outside patio, which provided a peaceful and lovely environment for lunch. We highly recommend this place for a bite any time of year, as they are open all year round. Just a note: they are not serving alcohol at the moment, but that didn’t detract from our experience. We’ll definitely return to try more items from the menu.

Rarely do you go to a restaurant excited to try for the first time and they far exceed expectations. Wonderful experience! Imagine a Ritz Carlton like food presentation, served even by Canadian standards, a friendly staff, in a world class shrine facility for very reasonable prices and you have the Birch Canoe. Wow what a breakfast! They are open year round 9-9. Wednesday thru Sunday. We are going back real soon! Honestly, already one of the best restaurants in the Midland area.
