Server was great and very friendly. Regarding the food, since when did scrambled eggs look like this? It was awful. The fact that someone thought this was okay be served to a customer is unacceptable.

We are always excited to come back and retry this place but the food continues to disappoint. Tried the new Philly Benedict and the sauce they opted for ruins the taste of the Benedict. Do not recommend. Others at the table ordered meals that came with toast and the butter isn’t even properly melted into the bread. I brought this to the attention of our waitress and instead of fixing our concern decided to argue with me instead, requiring me to just ask her to leave our table. Do not recommend this restaurant.

Overall it’s clean, quiet place. Service was good and timely reasonable. Portions was fair size compared to price, but… taste of the food “kinda typical” and plain. This is not a place if you would like to eat something different with unique taste.

We were seated quickly. The service was great. The menu is huge, so many items to choose from. We were offered coffee refills. The skillet and sausage Benedict was delicious.

We loved the brunch menu at Ben & Florentine. Exploring Oakville downtown, this was the perfect start to our day. The Green Duo, exclusive to B&F, was a favorite: a green smoothie bowl with granola and chia seeds, accompanied by bread with poached eggs and a side of cheese. Everything was incredibly fresh! The staff was friendly too. Highly recommend checking it out 😊

Very nice place! Friendly staff - need to be more attentive, and their freshly squeezed orange juice is everything! Definitely recommend. Their menu their burger comes with portobello mushrooms, but they're cremini. They need to fix that.

Great vibe, service. We ordered the salmon avocado toast. Unfortunately, the avocado did not seem fresh. It looked out of a box. The salmon tasted a bit stale as well. Our daughter enjoyed her smores crepe but personally I did not like the texture. It was way too crispy. Would return again and try something else but it was a huge disappointment.
