Belle Vie Cafe & Bakery

This is a hidden gem in my opinion. I went for lunch and the place offered menu options from Bellie Vie, Karak, Smokey Sam's and Oaklahoma Burgers (all options halal). We were 6 and each person chose a couple of items from here and there, and each item was delicious. The food came out quite fast (we were there in a relaxed hour). The server (Kaifi) was friendly and was very patient with our somewhat-chaotic order. The atmosphere was nice, the tables and chairs were clean and comfortable, and the washrooms were clean as well. There is also a prayer room for those who want to pray. All in all, great experience. Will go there again.

Great food. Very confusing and slow service. Went for brunch on Sunday at 10am. They say they are open at 10am (which already is pretty late compared to all the other brunch places in the city). But when we got there we were told the menu had changed last week and a lot of what was on the google menu was no longer on the menu. Also chai is not served till 11am because the other restaurant in the food hall opens at the at time. The food also took a long time to come and didn’t all come together. Slow service and just overall misleading menus and lack of communication is pretty bad. But the food is excellent and we enjoyed our meals when they did come. The soufflé pancake, cremebrulee french toast and croissant egg sandwich were the favourites. Also the egg burger is excellent. Karak saffron chai is also highly recommended. The omelette was just ok. We enjoyed our food. The ambiance is great for a family meal. Just wish the full menu was available from the start and also wish they opened earlier.

Belle Vie Cafe & Bakery is a charming food hall that houses three different restaurants, all offering halal options—a great choice for those looking for diverse cuisine. The food here was excellent! The French toast, in particular, was delicious and worth coming back for. However, the service left something to be desired. We sat at our table for about 30 minutes without anyone approaching us to take our order or check in. It wasn’t until we flagged someone down that things started moving. Once our server arrived, the food came out quickly and was as fantastic as expected, so no complaints there. The atmosphere was nice and not overly busy, which made the delay in service a bit more noticeable. Overall, while the food is exceptional and the space itself is pleasant, the service could use some improvement to make the experience truly top-notch.

We went there for brunch and truly it didn’t disappoint. The French toast is hands down the best we have ever had, very well made with the perfect combination of fruits. The other items we had were as good. The place is so fancy and posh and feels like a classy restaurant vibe. The servers are really nice and we even got a cookie on the house to try. 10/10 , definitely a place to go again.

Came here for breakfast with my wife to check out the new halal brunch spot in town. I got the breakfast wrap and my wife got the veggie omelette. Omelette was good, but 4 eggs is a lot for breakfast. The breakfast wrap was great, just the right amount of food with the hash browns on the side. I would recommend they put a little salt and pepper in the eggs and keep it on the tables for people to season to their taste. The espresso was ok, and unfortunately they didn’t have almond croissants. They only had butter croissants and croissant with fruit and cream available when we arrived. Service was good, atmosphere was cozy. Overall a good spot to come for breakfast or brunch.

This place only serves half their menu during the weekdays for brunch so please keep that in mind it wasn’t advertised like that anywhere. They don’t serve waffles during weekdays or egg Florentine which is what we went for. Disappointed - My friend and I ordered club sandwiches which was tasteless and I’ve attached the picture. We complained and the chef was sent to “modify the sandwiches to taste better”. Then finally the lady serving us recommended to get the stuffed naan which was good. I got the almond croissant which was good. Overall wouldn’t go back.

Its my first time here, I liked their iced coffee, loved the Atmosphere. Special thanks yo Yukta she helped us and was a great servant. The only thing I dont like about this place is the serving time due of short staffing, it was only Yukta and we had to wait for 50 minutes to get our order :(
