Wasn't worth of what we paid it was quite dirty and the person who served us didn't even seem like he enjoyed working there. It was just not a good experience and the cheese seemed like very cheap cheese.

TLDR: The boneless fried chicken is a basket of 6 small, yet crunchy and flavorful, pieces of chicken. They sit on top of some Costco-esque fries and can be accompanied by a decent selection of sauces. Overall, not too bad to spend your money on. Korean fried chicken is one of my favorite meals to get. When I saw bang bang at Pickering town centre, I was excited, skeptical, and curious all at the same time. Now, reviewing this under the premise that this is a fast food spot in a local mall, I'll try not to be too critical in my critique. Menu wise, they have a small but decent menu. For me, however, I decided to keep it simple and go with the boneless fried chicken. The cashier was friendly and helpful, answering any questions that I had. For the fried chicken, they had a fairly decent selection of sauces, for me, I went with the bang bang secret sauce which the cashier said was sweet but spicy. Food came out fresh and piping hot! The fried chicken sits on top a small bed of fries, all for around $17 tax in. Main review: The chicken pieces are quite small, there are six in total and they are chicken thighs. The breading is not bad at all. It was crunchy and even without sauce it has good flavor. The meat was moist and not dry whatsoever. Although small, it was quite delicious. The bang bang "secret" sauce is basically sweet Thai chili sauce which you can get at any Asian supermarket; definitely not very secret! The original sauce tastes like a honey mustard sauce with a bit of BBQ in it; it's not bad. The fried that the chicken comes with tastes and looks like Costco fries (that's either a good thing or a bad things depending on your viewpoint). Overall, pretty decent experience. I wouldn't say I was "wowed" by any means, but I would most likely buy from here again.

The lady in the counter was very nice, friendly.. I ordered the cheese dog with buffalo shake. Was disappointed to find was just a huge breaded cheese stuck. Was tasty, but not much flavour and not hotdog 😑. Price was reasonable. Super fresh.

I ordered the Crispy Chicken Sandwich combo recently and was disappointed by the significant drop in quality compared to the tasty sandwich I had at the same location last year. The sandwich tasted stale, was tiny, and contained barely any filling. There was also a bug in the box. It was a long wait for an underwhelming meal (30 mins with only one other customer waiting). I'm not sure how you can justify charging $13 for something that tastes much worse than a Burger King sandwich, but I hope the owners will make the necessary changes to improve the customer experience.

Came to Pickering Town Center to go shopping and stopped here for lunch. Ordered chicken teppanyaki sandwich combo. Had to wait 10mins+ for my order and others waiting as well for there meals. Sandwich is good, tasty and chicken was tender but.. if this place was more busy no body would want to wait very long. I understand maybe they want freshness and don't want to waste food sitting there but this is suppose to be fast food and today is Saturday, probably the most busiest day of the week. Other reviewers complained about waiting and I can agree. I hope they can improve on this. And have the food preparation quicker.. I know the other location in Scarborough closed down.. I hope it wasn't because of this?

Ordered 2 combos. Waited 30 mins. One chicken was cold other was hot. They didn’t put sauce on like they said and just gave it in a small cup, barely enough sauce to cover one piece of the 4 in my combo. The fries were cold and disgusting so we only ate a few. Very expensive as over $40 for two small combos. Also no white meat and most of the piece is greasy batter and a bit of cheap thigh meat. Sorry only pic of the nasty fries. Also no napkins, condiments or utensils! Good selection of cans of pop.

The boneless chicken nuggets are pretty juicy and delicious. I believe the chicken is marinated in advance, so it is very tasty and juicy. The classic burger is the best I have ever eaten. It is made of juicy chicken with sauce and salad, these blends make the overall taste refreshing and not greasy. You can easily eat the whole burger and enjoy it with endless aftertastes. Very recommended. On the whole, the only weakness is that the prepares meals slightly slower. I don’t know if it’s because the man who looks like a manager treats other employees a little bit unkindly.

I love crispy Korean Fried Chicken so I was looking forward to trying this new place in the food court of Pickering Town Centre I ordered the Bang Bang Crunch, boneless chicken served with fries. It took almost 20 minutes for my order to be prepared but, hopefully it will have been worth the wait. Unfortunately, it was not. Although the chicken looked nice and crispy, it was kinda soggy and greasy. It didn't help that the thin cut fries were also soggy and greasy. This was not a very appetizing meal. I couldn't finish it. To top it off, the can of pop was room temperature, rather than being chilled.
