Baci Ristorante

I had the pleasure of being served by Chris during my recent visit, and I have to say, he truly made the whole experience memorable. From the moment we were seated, Chris was incredibly attentive, always ensuring we had everything we needed without being overbearing. His friendly and approachable nature immediately put us at ease, and his sense of humor added a personal touch that made the meal even more enjoyable. It's not every day you encounter a waiter who is so genuinely kind, professional, and fun to be around. Chris is definitely a standout, and his exceptional service made our visit that much more special. Highly recommend!

Me and my friend went out last night for the first time to Baci and what a fantastic experience!! The food was delicious and the service was beyond amazing. Our server Chris was incredible he was so attentive and he went above and beyond to help us as we were sharing all our food and our table was a little small so he made sure we had extra plates and timed the food so we could divy it up properly. Can't wait to go back!

Just ate at Baci with the family and service and food was excellent as usual. I never comment but I had one hiccup with the food today. My review is on the Ontario AAA braised beef short rib. This item is $45 and one of their highly featured and pricier item on the menu. I don’t believe what I was served was a rib as there were no bones. The cut of meat was very tiny and was so tough and dried out that the meat was inedible. I tried to eat it but no part of the beef was quality or tender or had any flavour. I left it to the side of my plate and ate the vegetables. The potato puree was smooth and buttery. There was a small, single slice of king oyster mushroom and 3 small glazed carrots which were nicely roasted and still had some firmness yet tender to the cut. The staff were aware I did not think the meal was up to par and did not charge me for the entree. Which was very nice but I had offered to pay for the vegetables that I ate as it was very good. Overall. I would not recommend this entree. It’s not worth the value even if it was presented in a better manner. I’m writing this review as it’s disappointing to leave a restaurant hungry when you order the premiere item on the menu. Baci is always a home run but this one particular menu item is not worth a try and does not represent what this restaurant is about. A strike out unfortunately. I went home and currently eating a bowl of cereal. LOL or sad face.

We ordered from Baci using Skip the Dishes last weekend. The food came hot and quick. We ordered a few different items, but the standouts were the Classic Bruschetta, the Gnocchi Toscana and the Chicken Parmesan. Everything else we ordered was very good too. Overall it was a fantastic dinner, especially for delivery. Would recommend. I apologize if my pictures aren’t great…we were quite hungry.

Fantastic restaurant with phenomenal food and the best service we have had in quite some time. Good prices, amazing drinks - you won’t be disappointed! My husband and I will be making this our date night spot. Thanks to Chris for a great evening!

It was our first time visiting Baci Ristorante, and we decided to go to celebrate our anniversary. It was exactly what we were looking for. The atmosphere was perfect, small but not overcrowded. The service? Impeccable!! We were seated promptly, and our server was incredible! Luana was attentive,friendly, and delighted us with a surprise dessert, which was a match made in heaven with our delicious coffees. We ordered a Margherita pizza...delicious. perfect blend of sauce, melty mozzarella, and fresh basil. The crust was airy, bubbly and crisp. We're definitely going back. Looking forward to trying some of the pasta. Highly recommend!! :-)

We had our rehearsal dinner at the Baci Restaurant and the staff leading up to the event were so helpful and we were able to let us make the vision come to life! The food was absolute amazing (served family style) and there was so much of it! Wine was great and we did drink tickets which worked out perfectly. We were also able to bring in our own desserts. The servers were amazing and made sure we were taken care of. We were a fairly large group (about 22), were loud and were moving around a lot but they were always very polite and accommodating. They also were very fun and happy! The only down side with us being a large group and loud is that I did feel bad for the other customers. We were in the main room so I am sure sometimes we were disruptive! The only thing that would make this better was to have some sort of divider/separation/different room or let the other customers know that there is a private event going on!
