Amaya Express Burlington is a new restaurant in Burlington opened more than 6 months ago.
When Amaya opened its doors in June 2007, the idea was simple: demonstrate that Indian food served in a modern way could still stay true to its roots. We use high-quality raw ingredients with classic Indian cooking methods. We have a small menu compared to other Indian restaurants. We plan to keep a focused menu, but will consider additions that we think make sense.

Had a fantastic dinner at Amaua Burlington tonight. This was the best Indian food I have ever had and I have travelled all over India. The fish curry, tamarind eggplant coconut rice, cauliflower appetizer, garlic Naan all of this you must try. Delicious.

What a lovely place to enjoy some particularly excellent Indian food. The chicken tikka we started with was ridiculously moist and tender - it was truly perfect and easily the best chicken dish of any restaurant I've had in ages. The beef madras was a simmering wonder of spice and flavour. Once again the protein (beef this time) was moist and tender with zero gristle that can be so common in a curry. The beef korma was, like everything else, perfect. I think this is easily some of the best Indian food I've had in my life. My friend and I left full and very happy with that warm glow that good food creates. Immaculate interior, glistening kitchen, and a nice quiet retreat from Brant street. I will certainly be coming back to try more from the menu.

We heard lot about this place so went for dinner and we found amazing place and location at downtown Burlington Wonderful ambience, attendant prince was humble and welcome us with smile , owners also came and greeted us Order and food delivery was very efficient Food was too good , i am vegetarian so ordered starters pakora and cauli chatpata it was superb. Aslo order jaljeera - softdrink it was awesome Main course included kashmiri naan and sweet and sour eggplant curry ( was slight sour which was replaced with good tasty curry later ) with steam rice Overall it was wonderful experience and looking forward to come again and absolutely recommend everyone to visit

I loved the music and lighting. The food was great, also the portion size is also very good. I appreciated their garlic naan made of fresh garlic. Service was incredible. Such thoughtfulness and patience is greatly admired. Will be back for sure.

My husband and I had lunch here last week and we had a great experience. My favourite dish was vegetable pakora. The restaurant was very clean and well decorated. Our server named Prince was very friendly and professional. Thank you!!!

Delicious. The flavor was perfect, the chicken was fresh and moist nothing like the other dry chicken from others in the area they serve the perfect amount of breads and the rice was perfect as well. everything is well priced. Customer service is friendly and great. We will definitely return!

Absolutely delicious food. Great ambiance, very respectful and attentive staff, and the food is reasonably priced and well presented. My new favorite Indian food restaurant in Burlington. Highly recommend! Try the simosas, they're to die for!
