In my opinion, 25$ for the eel bowl and 11$ for the tiramisu is pretty expensive considering the portion they served. The food was mediocre. The flavours from the kimchi was clashing with the flavours from the eel, they weren't complementing each other and I wasn't a big fan of this asian fusion dish. The service was fine. The counter waiters weren't exactly friendly and their voice seemed to be annoyed when you are asking them questions. Finally, the place had a lot of seats which is nice but it was quite noisy with all the intercoms calling for people to board their flights and with people screaming and babies crying in the background.

I would give 0 star. The worst sushi burrito I ever had. The seaweed was tough enough like a piece of cloth and extremely hard to tear apart and get a bite! Planned to have some nicer food before my 15-hour! flight! Totally ruined my appetite and highly recommended to stay away!

Watch out for some employees now running scam in order to trick you so you don't pay at the cashier but order from the iPad and charge you a tip for the service. They want to take your credit card and enter all numbers manually. Be careful giving them a credit card as we got an invoice in our email from a different person. You should be able to order anything you want from the cashier and tap your card. It's that simple but they don't want you to do it that way. Don't give them your credit card!

Kadine was super attentive and helpful. We had 10 minutes before boarding and she said 7 minutes for two breakfast burritos. They were there promptly and delicious! Highly recommend the breakfast burrito. Thanks Kadine!

I was very impressed by Deneisha at the Pearson International Airport. She initiated the conversation with politeness and confidence. She made me smile and for that I was happy to buy whatever she recommended. I got the salmon sushimi bowl and a sprite. Thank You Deneisha

Kadine was very helpful for myself using the scan code and learning how to order , you are very lucky to have her for an employee she is a very caring person ! I had finished and didn’t get a photo just my coffee😃

I had not read the reviews, but they seem to either be complaining about the ramen or that the soy sauce was too salty (???). I had the salmon dish fortunately, and I was surprised by the amount of sashimi I got for just 17.99 - much cheaper than the mains at most other places in the airport, when salmon sashimi is usually expensive. Salmon was good, rice not too bad, it came with the essentials (ginger, wasabi, soy sauce - the regular one, yes it's salty you are not supposed to pour all of it). And some funny looking shredded cucumber. I think it was one of the best values at the airport, ordering was easy, service fast.

Worst "Japanese" food I've ever had, even the mall fast food restaurants are better than this. The pork ramen was barely a ramen and the Maki roll was basically all rice and served with regular chinese soy sauce that was way too salty. Service was mediocre.
