AB Sports Bar

Went for NYE. Food was good. Prime rib dinner but it was cold. Owner is stingy, ran out of the beer we ordered after 1 pitcher. Supposed to get champagne at midnight like advertised and instead was served wine at 1220. Only had 2 servers on all night but they were amazing.

Went on December 21st with some friends and was very disappointed. Poor waitress was running around serving a lot of tables and I saw two others looking like they didn’t care taking their time. Couple of friends got the fishbowl and it was more ice than liquor, and for 28 bucks not worth it. Friends ordered another drink and they enjoyed. Ordered the nachos, total disappointment for 33.50. One layer, hardly any cheese and no other toppings on them. Also check your bills before paying. There tills show higher price on drinks. Drink was 10.50 came up as 14 on the bill, poor waitress looked so embarrassed because she pushed the button that said the drink. It was fixed but something that shouldn’t have happened.

This place touts itself as having the best wings in Burlington. I don't think is true at all. I ordered suicide wings that came out dry and very mild. I asked for extra hot sauce and the bartender gave me cold hot sauce out of the fridge. I left it at that because it was clearly the best they could do. Would I go back? Nope. Why pay $18 for wings that are a lot like what you get from the Metro frozen food aisle.

Me and my dad went yesterday here yesterday and the service was brilliant. The women at the bar (Breanna Cordero) did not stop once, she was constantly helping people, pouring drinks, bringing food out, pouring shots. She never stopped. The food here was delicious and the waiter even brought us out free samples of their wings. The atmosphere in the bar was brilliant, they had line dancing going on and it was just a really happy vibe throughout the sports bar.

We had a team lunch for 45 people. AB staff was very attentive, allowed us to preorder our meals so they could serve us together, and even provided us with a microphone to communicate with all of the team adults. Food was great, and the atmosphere was amazing. Thank you, AB Sports Bar, for hosting our team event!

We chose AB Sports Bar to host our retirement party. It was a large group. The staff went over and above our expectations. Attentive, friendly, efficient. Staff , including Breanna and Brenda, were amazing. And food was exceptional. We will be back, thank you so so much for making our night perfect!!

1- This AB Sports bar is located in a plaza 2000 Apply Line in Burlington 2- We visited it on Saturday they play country and western music with live DJ and line dancing instruction, vibrant atmosphere with nice patrons and great service 3- I loved my burger and my wife had a small pizza with beer all under $60 with friendly service and good food. 4- A large happy crowd with a little bit small dance floor but ok I guess.

It was pretty quiet on a Friday evening and there seemed to be a few locals at the bar. We ordered drinks but no more raspberry margarita I guess, I am asked for a plain margarita and there was some confusion with her calling it a daiquiri so I went without to be safe. We had the platter with 3 types of wings including garlic parm, lemon pepper and suicide and all were delicious. Overall both service and food were good, fantastic wings.
