The evening shift during the week is always very welcoming and kind especially the girl with the scarf. Amazing service! Love their frozen cold brew with dark chocolate

No meet and greet. Everyone works there seem to have an attitude. I have to wait for 5 min before someone came from the back and asked me what would I like. It turned out they were chatting at the back. It was after 2pm, no car at drive thru, therefore no one even at the front counter. The reason I went to this location is only 3 min from home. I would rather drive 8 min to go to the new location at Rutherford & Bathurst, better services, more smiling faces and bigger restaurant with more seats too. Plus my coffee I ordered with the Mama burger were not even hot. Sigh!

I ordered 10 chicken strips and 1 fries. Despite eating them immediately, they were both soggy and not fresh. The Frozen Cold Brew with sweet cream resembled more of a milkshake, but it was tasty and not overly sweet.

No toppings on teen burger when requested (bacon, lettuce, onion, tomatoe, cheese, pickles, ketchup). I received a burger with only mayo which was not requested. Also no toppings on chicken buddy (pickles and mayo) when requested. I received a plain burger.

The crew were quick and friendly, the place looks really clean. The food I ordered was hot and fresh and tastes amazing. It was my first visit but it won't be the last because I'm going to visit this place more often.

Unfortunately the service level has gone down, food portions same, a poutine half filled, cold cheese curds not appetizing at all, and Unfortunately didn't have the time to go back and show them what I got, what a disappointment!
