A&W is good pretty much always. Service is not friendly, so it's a bit of a downer, especially on Christmas Eve when the cashier can barely say hello or crack a smile. They have worked out great food, and now they need to turn their attention to great service.

The worst A&W came here …to pick up my own order…which I placed 10 mins ago…and when I reached…They said 25 mins more and they gave me the reason…that sometimes it is busy that’s why we put on 30-40 mins for 2 burger..And I saw there was no …order before me…

I frequently visit this A&W location 2 to 3 times a week as it’s conveniently on my way home from work. However, my experiences have consistently been disappointing. The wait times are long, and the drive-thru staff often come across as rude. It takes several minutes just to place an order, followed by additional delays before receiving my food, which is often not prepared as requested. The quality of the food is subpar, with items missing or not prepared correctly. Unfortunately, given the limited dining options on my route, I find myself returning despite these ongoing issues.”

food not bad but they ignore the drive thru just to rush the one person that’s gone through the line to go park infront of the gas station lousy service👎🏻 update: turn off your signs apparently the gas station guy can’t read the sign says drive thru open no time specific 🤡
