Ordered through uber yesterday. My food was cold. There were no straws or napkins in the bag. The sandwich was just in the bag and sauce was everywhere.

Earlier we ordered 3 peri peri burger .but burger bread is cold chicken is very hard and cold not properly cook.and letus they use omg was expired color change of letus and so much loose .very disappointed. I would not recommend this .very very bad service .in store they are not cheff they are little kids don't know about food quality and how to cook how to take care of kicthen..

Normaly we go to center mall to get A&W ikke every other month, but those are just kids and food is never good.. So we desided to go to East Gate Mall, saw it was adults making the food and tought, yea lets give it a shot. That was a mistake.. We both lied sick a few days after, and I can honestly say, I never ever ate food that gave me rectal bleedings.. So thank you for that experience.. A&W is just not worth the price, efford and after match.

I’ve had good experiences prior but, unfortunately today was vastly different. I went in with my little sister when it was not busy and we only ordered 2 beyond meat burgers, done quicker than normal we were excited for our food, only to find out one of them is BEEF, as we don’t eat meat for religious purposes we kindly asked for it to be remade. Being told we, “have no idea what we’re talking about” and told to “just get over it, and eat it” after some bickering they remade the burger and laughed at my little sister as she waited for the burger to be remade, then stared at us the entire time we ate laughing and pointing, as my sister cried. We were just extremely uncomfortable and disappointed by the behaviour of the 4 present workers, hopefully they can do better in the future!

Normally don’t review chains, but the women who work here are great. Food is always fresh/tidy. The buns are never stale. Most places are so hit and miss now, but not here.

Ordered a double Teen burger... where's the bacon?? Not even half of one slice.. the picture on the display shows BACON!! Also, the fries were cold and had the texture of cardboard. Overall, you guys suck. Service was friendly though. NOT worth $17
