Went this morning for dine in. Loved the coffee, washrooms were clean. The girl at front Vipra took our order. She was friendly and very welcoming. Thanks for great experience!

Every time i went to this location is my best decision. They made food very perfectly and fresh. My eggs looks so nice. $6 classic is very good deal. Staff is very professional and experienced, they talk very politely, and even they come to my seat to serve me also. Will come again soon guys.

I visited A&W yesterday evening, and despite the rush, Lovepreet provided exceptional service with a calm and friendly demeanor. She managed my order efficiently and ensured everything was perfect. I truly appreciate her dedication and professionalism.

This A&W location is exceptional! We enjoy coming to this location anytime we come to Burlington, Ont. Restaurant is always clean, staff friendly and efficient, quality of food excellent and all delicious! Puneet waited on us and her cheery, warm greeting and care of our order was excellent! A++++ and highly recommend!

Hey guys, I don’t get why you simply cannot take an order correctly. All you do for your job is take orders off a limited menu. How does this place constantly mess up orders. I came here every day. I’m officially done. I’ll go elseware.

I work just besides the restaurant and being the closest fast food joint I prefer ordering food from A W. I am really disappointed in the staff and services they provide. Whenever I go to the store the stop is busy. Chit chatting with each other and barely are interested to listen what the customer has to order. Being so poor in English can't even understand the full order. Your day before yesterday I order group apps. I received the wrong guard order but I ignored it due to work. Today I couldn't go to the store physically that's why I ordered from Uber a chicken Mama Burger. But you guys would be surprised that they only sent me lettuce wrappings tied of a Patty. I'm really disappointed in the services. I have high. Regards for a&w and I request the manager to please look into it and get a new staff. Even today when I found out that the order was wrong, I just called them to let them know that it's wrong. The staff who picked my phone rudely said to me that please contact Uber for that. We are not responsible for it !
