5 star all the way! The take out food is delicious, fresh and offers a nice variety. Picked up take out 2 separate times and it was fantastic! At the bakery; Nice selection breads and pastries! Very fresh! Love this time of year as they have the Bol de Rei, which by the way is the BEST EVER! Really enjoy stopping in as it reminds me of being in Portugal.

we came in for a quick coffee and the workers in the cafe are super sweet and friendly. prices were also incredibly reasonable, I will definitely be coming back :)

It's not the greatest experience. The waiter mixed up orders, offered zero support, and food wasn't cooked as ordered. Paistries were very dry, the worst I ever tried in that type of restaurant. They seem clean, and I am sure if they put the effort and customer service level as much as prices, they would be great.

I got a pistachio croissant today and I was very excited, bc it's hard to find it around here. So imagine my disappointment when I got home and noticed that there wasn't any pistachio filling inside the croissant! The only pistachio cream available was only in the top of the croissant! A bit pricey for a blant croissant. It should have pistachio cream filling and not just a little bit of pistachio on the top. I'm very disappointed 😞

I requested a medium rare steak, and I got a rare steak. They got it wrong 2 times for my wife and me. Paulo had yo 8n the back and cooked it himself. As for the service, they are not polite at all, no customer service skills, absolutely none. Half the staff does not know what the dishes are. Paulo thank you.

Pleasantly surprised by the selection here ! Enjoyed my coffee and pastry. Went back to try the hot table for lunch. The taste was there but the food was cold which was disappointing.

Nice place to grab a quick bite or relax and have Portuguese pastry and latte, espresso or cappuccino. Food was good. Potatoes were amazing. They ran out of regular buns for sandwiches by 3 pm. We picked up some groceries at Tavora Foods and then grabbed food from the hot table and a latte. Good experience overall. Would return when in the area

My experience at 3 Castelos Grill House is limited by grabbing a $9 steak sandwich with onions and 2 Pastéis de Nata. The sandwich was good but boring and bland, lacking in flavour. If they were to add grilled mushrooms, guacamole, some Portuguese sauce, and seasoning, they would have a winner on their hands. Otherwise, it's just a boring steak + onions sandwich with little flavour. I'm not a chef and even I know how to make the sandwich taste better by adding simple ingredients. Pastéis de Nata, on the other hand, was phenomenal! I mean it was REALLY GOOD. I should have bought more than 2 because they were fresh and super tasty. If I were to drop by in the future, I would do it just to grab some Pastéis de Nata which left me craving more. Just make sure that you're buying fresh ones baked that same day.
