This was a requested spot for my 15 year Olds birthday dinner. We were looking for an all you can enjoy sushi place since our local spot closed down after covid. The food came out hot and was very tasty! The servers are polite and clear the tables often. The washroom was clean, but only one stall seemed to be available. (Only 2 in the woman's washroom) just be aware. Be sure to make sure you confirm the birthday of your children with the server. They thought my 10 year old was a lot older than she was. They had no problem giving the children's rate. My favorite was the salad, the miso soup and the mein dishes. Seating is comfortable and tables are large. Will visit again the next time we are looking for a place to eat in pickering.

This Japanese restaurant left a truly wonderful impression on me, primarily because of its spacious layout, the simple yet elegant decor, and, most importantly, the incredibly friendly and attentive staff. The servers consistently provided excellent service—they were gentle and polite when serving dishes, proactive in refilling our tea without us needing to ask, and even kindly inquired if we wanted ice cream after finishing our meal. Such thoughtfulness really stood out. After we finished eating, my friends and I wanted to stay a bit longer to continue chatting, and we felt slightly guilty about possibly occupying their time. However, the servers, with warm smiles on their faces, reassured us that it was absolutely no problem and encouraged us to relax and enjoy our time. They mentioned that they still had plenty of time before their shift ended, which made us feel incredibly welcome and appreciated as guests. This level of hospitality truly enhanced our experience and made it unforgettable. The food itself was also quite tasty, with fresh ingredients and well-balanced flavors. However, to be perfectly honest, for an AYCE (all-you-can-eat) restaurant, the variety of dishes felt a bit limited compared to other similar establishments. Nevertheless, it was sufficient to satisfy most cravings. One notable downside was the absence of miso soup, which I felt was a classic and essential Japanese offering. To enhance the menu, I would suggest adding tofu dishes or iconic Japanese items like soba noodles. These additions wouldn’t significantly increase the cost but would undoubtedly elevate the menu’s authenticity and appeal.

We arrived at 3pm to have dinner with family & friends. We were seated and started to eat. When we got a bad smell of feet. After some time one of our family members went to use the washroom and nearly tripped across one of the staff members hanging over the edge of a seat asleep wrapped in a blanket. When she came back and told us we seen that there was more than one. That turned the whole table off their food. 7 of us finished up and paid. When we were paying we noticed there's already a tip added to each bill. Never again will any of us eat there. The price we paid to sit and smell disgusting feet while eating. Not even a sorry when we approached the manager.

I loved this place! I love their daily special boxes, you get tons of food for about $20 including tax. I highly recommend their Korean Beef Box!! The ONLY thing is, is that the beef to rice ratio is off, I'm typically left's with a 1/2 box of white rice.

First time going there but not the last. The food is affordable and delicious. They allow you no time limit so you can eat in comfort.

Experience: We went for ayce lunch with our toddler and she had a good time. For some reason the iPad was set to order from the dinner menu, and some of the food had already come out. They corrected it for us and said whatever was already served is ok. Service was pretty fast, except near the end when some of the staff went on break. Food: The raw fish is always fresh here. The sushi and maki are generous sizes. Cost: Pricing for children are very fair. We noticed they have "lunch" and "big lunch" pricing, we inquired and was told the big lunch included additional selections but don't know what it they were specifically. We've previously ordered takeout and ate at home during covid.

An excellent choice for a lunch spot especially on weekends. Hand rolls are amazing here, General Tao and Beef Teriyaki also winner dishes. Spicy Crab Roll Sushi would be my favorite large roll by far. Soup was cold this time around, usually is always served hot, was probably a one off this time around.

Modern interior and very fast efficient service when ordering. Decent selection of sushi items which I enjoyed. Some of the rolls were larger than I've seen or had before and some didn't appear to be wrapped tightly as they were falling apart. Despite the 2 negatives above, everything tasted good and we will return.
