The food here gave me food poisoning. The restaurant doesn’t follow hygiene protocols and staff were clearly not paying attention to cleanliness. Do not come here if you don’t want to eat contaminated food and get sick.

Thanks Rebecca and Selina .. I orderes a noodle soup , it turn out too spicy for me. Rebecca n Selina offer to make a new order for me without spice. Their kindness offer and action is total out of my minf. For sure we will be happy return customers.. And thes two gems is an asset to the restaurant.

Me and my girlfriend came to this restaurant, they gave us a 2 person which is fine. I requested for a larger table for a better leg room, but they didn’t gave it to us. Then another customer came in, one person, and they decided to give him a 4 man table.

Ordered the Original Cross-the-Bridge Rice Noodles Soup—it was just regular rice noodles in broth with ordinary ingredients. The Yang’s Braised Chicken Rice (boneless) had tender chicken with a moderate saltiness and a slight bitterness, possibly from herbs. Overall, the food was average, similar to something you could make at home, with nothing particularly special. But we went during a special deal and got each meal for only $8.88, which was great value for the price. The place was very clean, the staff were friendly, and the food was served quickly.

Ordered Uber eats and there is no options for utensils, and they DID NOT provide utensils!!! This is ridiculous, as we are in a HOTEL and there is no utensils to find! We had to be smart and use what ever we had… btw, they don’t wash the cilantro, it is not clean at all.

this is by far the best yunshang I've been comparing to other locations. they greet customers as soon as they step in the door. they are quick and efficient, spare bowl are provided without asking which in all other locations I've been to, I need to ask for it and those pot are burning hot. very thoughtful and the store are very busy too. will def come back

Cash or debit only. I am a big fan of the yunshang in Richmond, BC and so after a 4.5 hrs flight, our group of 5 chose to fill our stomachs with this comfort food. It was around 9pm when we arrived and the restaruant was not too busy, so were seated almost right away. There was no physical menu and we were asked to scan the QR code on the table to order. (Not convenient for my parents in their seventies thou). I was a bit disappointed as the menu is a bit different than the one in BC. No 酸菜肉末(non fish) 米線, but the orginal pork broth was not bad. We also ordered deep fried squid tentacles to share but it was quite oily, as in you could tasted they re-used the oil a million times. Overall, food was good but i would rather spend my money elsewhere as a tourist.

For a relatively small restaurant, there are quite a few seats inside. The service is reasonably good. The food is consistent and quite delicious.
