Quick seating, fast service and order by phone. You can get a free refill of noodles. The sauerkraut fish tasted very good. However the tripe and braised chicken fell short. I would definitely recommend the noodles over the braised chicken.

I had breakfast this morning at Yunshang Rice Noodle and tried their Spicy "Crossing-the-Bridge" Rice Noodle Soup. The soup was flavorful and satisfying—definitely a good start to the day! The service truly stood out. The waitress was attentive, ensuring my water cup was always full and even providing extra napkins without me having to ask when she noticed I had run out. It’s little gestures like these that make a dining experience more enjoyable. The atmosphere started off quiet since I arrived just as they opened, but as lunchtime approached, it got significantly busier with the rush. Despite the crowd, the service remained efficient. I would definitely recommend Yunshang Rice Noodle. The food is tasty, the service is excellent, and the value is great—especially with the option for free noodle refills, ensuring you’ll leave with a full stomach. It’s a great spot for a hearty, satisfying meal!

We always pass by this location and finally stopped in for lunch. It looks dark and small from the outside, but the interior is large, bright, and modern. Our server was MIA, but then we realized ordering was via QR code. Our go-to favorites are the Crossing the Bridge rice noodle soups, and the taste is consistent with other locations. The refills took a bit longer to come out, so we had to ask a server as a reminder. There is plenty of parking, but we usually avoid peak times (weekends). Cash or debit payment only at this location.

I think this is one of the best experiences you can get for Chinese food. Great tasting and service that matches the food Got the crossing bridge noodle soup and the thing I love is the amount of ingredients you get with the order. You get a ton of little things and put it into the hot stone bowl and let it cool for a bit. The other great art about getting the crossing bridge noodles is the free noodle refill to have with leftover soup base The noodles are slippery and still have a firmness to it even after sitting in the broth for awhile Service is quick and although you place your order via we code scanning, anything you need the wait team is very good at following through Lots of parking as it’s in first markham place, so if you know, going at meal times, getting parking can be tough. Especially if you want to be closer to the place you choose to eat Great job overall

Fast service and decent food. The prices are lower than other restaurants in the area. Their New Orleans fried chicken wings are small, and a couple of drummies were dry. The braised chicken with rice and original noodle soup with superior beef slice were okay. I like that they have unlimited refills for noodles.

The broth base is very flavourful if true that its boiled for 12 hrs before serving. Fast and friendly service. Large location around First Markham Place. The popcorn Chicken is also a highlight, properly fried and soft on the inside served with a mayo-based sauce. Their original noodle is served either with everything already cooking in the boiling hot broth or on the side, go for the former as the broth is very hot and it needs to cool down. Unlimited rice noodles if you need more. Comfort food for sure. Cash and debit only though.
