Yummy Yummy Chinese Food

I ordered 6 dishes, through Uber Eats. Got 5. They told me they forgot to pack it and I'd have to coordinate getting my order with Uber Eats and the restaurant and it would take 3 hours. I said forget it. I'm out $13.00. They were careless and used being busy as an excuse not to make it right. First and last time ordering from there.

We ordered a large meal for pick up and the service was speedy, the food was delicious, and the people were kind. Run down location but that’s part of the charm. Definitely will go back.

Old school Chinese takeout shop. Run down but the food was great. Huge portions for a good price. The general Tso chicken I got was nice and crispy.

Food was very bland and not tasty at all. I ordered a take out and it had no cutlery or even napkins. I honestly feel like this was a waste of money, I don’t normally rate restaurants but I just had to rate this one. The customer service was nice though.

I ordered the general tao chicken and I got to say it wasn’t that great. They didn’t give me option to mix fried rice and noodles and on top of that the chicken came out with barely any sauce. It was difficult to eat felt really poor quality food. They also didn’t allow me to eat inside when I usually did in the past.

I ordered a combo meal with chicken wings. I can’t even tell you how disappointed I am. It was literally all greasy batter and if I got 3 bites of chicken out of four wings, I would be very generous. When you pay more of a combo with a wing, you expect to get a chicken wing with substance, not 1/4 nice of batter. Absolutely disgusting. Also. Asked for an extra soya pack and an extra plum sauce pack, and not delivered. I haven’t eaten Chinese food (Canadian) in a long time, and this is why.

The food here used to be a lot better. I feel like it’s gone downhill. A lot of flavours are really muted. Ordered the general tso chicken based on reviews, asked for spicy It had zero flavour or spice and the pieces of chicken were fatty and cheesy. also noticed on our last order that the red sauce for the chicken balls was basically water. Chow mein was okay won’t go back.

I wish could give zero stars because that’s what this place deserves. We ordered at 7:30 and did not get our food until 9:00. They said we would have it in an hour but what they really mean is it will leave the restaurant in hour. The were inflexible to getting some compensation. So buyer beware.....as soon as you order with them, they have already taken your money and will prepare your order when they feel like it. Plus, the food is terrible. The wontons are just wonton wrappers fried. Nothing in them. The sweet and sour sauce is so bland. I’ve be gotten better Chinese food from a food court. Absolute garbage from beginning to end.
