Excellent spot for quick and cheap snack/ small lunch. I got the sticky rice dumpling and tea egg; so fresh and tasty. And super affordable!

Loved everything we got from here (soy milk, fish and meat balls, and tea eggs). You can taste how fresh and delicious everything is- honestly, I wouldn't hesitate to try anything from their menu. This place is an absolute gem!!

It is a tasty place with great price. But they have updated the price now. The fish ball is now $3.75 for 6, and the beef ball is $4 for 5.

5/5 THEM. I've been going since I was a kid and I can still go there and get my fish and/or beef balls in a cup. Nothing fancy about it, boiled with a hint of curry flavour if you get the curry ones and some hoisin and hot sauce on top. Cheap, good on the go, quick, couldn't ask for more.

Must try. Places like these don’t exist anymore and this is one of the best. Huge variety of authentic street snacks found in Hong Kong decades ago. The grass jelly is fantastic. Just perfect and better than what you’ll find in HK now. The owner is so friendly. A happy place! It’s listed as Yummy Place on Google but the sign says Dragon City Corner Snacks. I hope it got the correct name since I stumbled on it by chance on my first visit to Toronto.

Love that this place is still standing since my childhood, though I’m not sure if it’s still the original owner. The fish balls never miss and are still cheap despite rising costs everywhere else. They used to be the only place that had HK style snacks and bubble tea, but now Chinatown is filled with those types of shops. I encourage everyone to try the snacks they have to offer here!

Lovely owner and great cute spot for cheap snacks and drinks. I got a tea egg for 1.25 and it was delicious and tasted homemade. Great pit stop snacks and drinks

Interesting name! Essentially this place is your typical 90s street snack shop that today sits a bit sad because of the lack of customers/traffic. It serves various drinks, bubble teas, Vitasoy and soy milk. Alongside the drinks are the fish balls (spicy and not) and beef balls. Yummy! I missed their curry fish option though… I had brought my own container for the Fishballs and she filled it up offering me a bamboo skewer (as a utensil). If you haven’t tried either fish or beef balls, have a go—pour some black bean sauce and sriracha and it’s a nice warm snack. I also enjoy the tea eggs so I bought a few. They are $1.25 each and makes for a great protein snack! Yummm. I have also purchased her sticky rice which contains mung bean and pork, $3.50–a nice simple snack or small lunch :) Today she had large sticky rice roll, sweet rice cakes, and radish cakes—all staples for the upcoming lunar New Years. They are priced decently and hand made as well. I encourage those who are close by support her. She is so kind, so sweet and overall a great little shop that deserves a bit of recognition :)
