Yummy Garden

This is my new local Chinese food place. I recently moved to the area and found it while at the plaza; I decided to try it out. The food was delicious, actually flavourful, unlike many other Chinese restos. The meat was plentiful as well, without having to add an additional order of meat, again like almost all other places. The prices are reasonable. The bonus: there's always enough leftover for at least one to two more meals. HEADS UP: They're closed on Tuesdays - I found out unexpectedly last Tuesday. Look past the austere feel of the small shop and bright lights... there is a small area to eat at looking out at the parking lot. But I'll definitely order again.

The food was not cooked right the Soo guy chicken was not crispy and the sauce was so different from the sauce we got from China China and other places. Did not like the sauce. They forgot to give us our vegetable stir fry which we paid for. We called and told them they said they would give us a credit for it the next time we ordered. We called before we started eating but now I wish we could just get our money back on the dish they forgot. I will ask for the money back. I really do not want to order from them again. It was a birthday over 100.00$

Replaces what was China China which my family enjoyed. Yummy Garden fixed up the front it's very basic with limited seating but looks cleaner compared to what China China had. The food and menu is basically the same and taste pretty good. Reasonable prices. Store had made a mistake on my order but rectified it which was good. I would come here again.

Good service. However the food was okay. People want to compare it to the old china china. It's more expensive for about the same portion unfortunately. those who have had the chili chicken from china china and expecting crunchy fried chicken, this is not the same. The breading is complete mush, but some people could prefer that. The taste is around the same, Thai chili is Thai chili can't really mess that up

I don’t normally edit my reviews, but when an establishment does everything they can to rectify a situation, I like to return the favour. Although I do miss my favourite dishes from China China (previous owners) I am finding my favourites with Yummy Garden. The Singapore rice noodles were so good!!! I can’t have peppers or chilli and normally the dish is full of them. So it was much appreciated that they changed the dish for me. The long spare ribs were not my favourite as they were a bit too fatty and chewy the last time. The wings, egg rolls, spring rolls, and chicken balls were all really good. I appreciate that the oil wasn’t dirty. Yummy Garden will continue to be my Chinese food spot.

A newly open Chinese restaurant I got some of the dishes that I would normally get from other Chinese restaurants and it became my favourite! Totally worth of price and delicious.

Newly opened Canadian Chinese food. I had their sweet and sour pork ribs and fried rice . It was cooked well, the friend rice is no frills with lots of soya sauce in it . And the ribs were boneless and breaded with sweet and sour sauce , it was nice a crispy with a good taste . Although the fried rice was plain , it was still a very good deal for $10 . I want to try their Hakka noodles with pork and shrimp next time . If you are on a budget , definitely give this place a look .
