Soup is the soul of the noodles, Yokohama Ramen selects natural ingredients, respect for the nature of each material, strictly abide by the traditional Japanese brew method. What we have done is to awaken the natural taste that our ingredients should have and can communicate with people. For our BBQ pork and the special hot spring eggs, we always respect their original taste and do not rely on condiments. We choose the best noodles, bamboo shoots and black fungus raw materials and processing by our experts, we always strive to present the best Ramen to our valued guests. First time back to this Ramen restaurant (today Dec 22, 2024) after a few years haven't been there and their Ramen is still one of my favorites north of Toronto. We were there for lunch and they have the special deal for $11/$12 (can't remember exactly) and the regular bow is around $15 which is really a good value for a large bow comparing to other Ramen restaurants. Overall the ramen is very good and served with several topping such as corn, bamboo, egg, and the meat choice. You can't beat the good food, big portion, and all at a great price especially now with no tax.

We have been coming here for many years and love the ramen! Today will be our very last time that we will be coming to this place. We asked the waitress for the chef to put half noodles in the soup. She could have said sure no problem but instead she kept arguing with us about this request for our food. This happens every time I come with my mom for lunch it’s the same behaviour. Because of this we did not enjoy our lunch and will never be coming back to this spot. There are ramen places on every corner nowadays you can find good ramen and better service somewhere else.

Hot day today (33c) with Air conditioning OFF in the restaurant, not even a electric fan in there, it was horrible to eat in there, I don't even remember what I ate as I was soaking wet. I asked the server to turn on the AC, but they only just keep the door open instead. I rarely leave one star review but that was unacceptable. I rarely leave

The ramen is really good and the spring roll! I’m not a big fan of the takoyaki. I brought my friend here for her birthday and she enjoyed her seafood ramen. However, we asked if there’s a birthday item for the celebrant but they said no it’s against their policy to give birthday gifts. That left a weird taste in my mouth because Ice cream is literally $2 and will cost nothing to make someone feel special on their birthday.

Enjoy a quick ramen dinner with my son here. The soup of Black garlic BBQ pork ramen is great but bbq pork a bit dry, probably over cooked. Creamy mushroom ramen is fine but I would prefer more veggies instead of Tofu. Takoyaki is fine, not much complain. Overall food quality is good. Seat are comfort and clean. Service is fine.

Lovely local ramen restaurant conveniently located in the mall. Interior is nicely appointed and staff friendly and courteous. Ramen came out quickly and all three bowls were piping hot and delicious. Broth rich and flavorful. Proteins were tasty (breaded pork cows, BBQ pork) but wish for a bit more! 😉 A perfect lunch on a cold winter day. Was in the area passing by and really hit the spot!

Had dinner here. Staff are friendly. Dishes come out quickly. Decor is nice. Seating is comfortable and in sections so offers some privacy and separation between tables. WE ORDERED black garlic BBQ pork ramen黑蒜油叉烧拉面 AMOUNT 15.99 Ramen w/sweetcorn & BBQ13. 99 Pork栗米叉烧拉面 Shrimp Ramen炸虾拉面 15.99 Yokohama Shoyu Ramen/soy sauce Ramen横滨酱油拉面 13.99 japanese deep fried chicken (special)日式炸鸡 块（特价） 3.99 Fried Potato Cake special薯饼{特价} 1.99 yakitori(3pc)BBQ Chicken日式鸡肉串 4.59 Gentle Spring (Sakura Lychee Sparkling)(L楼花荔枝泡泡 饮(大） 5.59 The broth for the ramen has good flavour expect for the sweetcorn bbq pork ramen which is a little bland. The pork slices are a bit tough as well. Noodles are a good texture. I wanted my noodles a little softer which they were happy to accommodate without it turning out too soft. Dishes are not too salty like other ramen places where it’s just loaded with salt and no flavour. The batter on the shrimp, potato cake and chicken is light, crispy and not too oily. Really enjoyed the lychee drink as well. Would return and recommend.

This is one of my favorite ramen restaurant and I get together with my family here almost every week. Recently they introduced a program where you can order two noodles or rice and get free spring rolls or Edamame which I think is a great deal. We chose the spring rolls, and even if they were free they were freshly fried and they were delicious. Everything is great.👍👍
