"银记肠粉店创建于上世纪50年代，是主营肠粉、粥等美食的连锁餐饮服务企业。多年来，凭借质优味美的传统布拉肠粉驰名于省港澳，其肠粉以“粉薄、味鲜、爽滑、口感独特”而赢得了“白如玉，薄如纸，爽滑微韧，味道鲜美”的评价，早在五、六十年代，“银记肠粉”就名扬广州老西关地区，经过近年的企业改革与创新，银记肠粉有了新的发展和新的提高，在省港澳地区都有较高的知名度和良好的声誉，成为了广东传统布拉肠粉的代名词。 Yin Ji Chang Fen was founded in the 1950s, is a food chain that mainly serve Rice Roll and Congee. Over the years, by virtue of high-quality taste of the traditional Rice Roll, well-known in the province of Guangdong, Hong Kong and Macao. The Rice Roll are "thin, delicious, smooth, unique taste" and won the "white as jade, thin as paper, smooth and delicious" evaluation. "Yin Ji Chang Fen" was already really popular in Guangzhou Old Xiguan area in the early 50s and 60s."

It was my first experience with rice noodle rolls - the shrimp pork noodle rolls was flavourful and the meats were really melt in your mouth. I would really like to try those again. But I didn't like how the Shrimp Congee is served - first of all they give you the whole shrimp with the head and and the shell and you have to peel the burning hot shrimp while your hands get sticky with the congee. It was quite bland for me. I mean its just rice pudding and whole shrimp - they could have at least given me peeled shrimp! It was so difficult to enjoy. Portion size are good for the price but my problem is with the service - Please consider that you'll also have non Chinese/Non East Asian folks dining here - so consider providing forks or at least be attentive enough to provide Napkins or not cramping them in the smallest table when you have enough tables empty around the place. I do not want to discriminate and I do not write a review for service but there was weird kind of hostility towards us, maybe because it was obvious we didn't look Chinese. I have been to enough Chinese restaurants to know what good hospitality or kind service looks like. This wasn't for me. Not returning.

Perfect comfort food for such a great value! Service was excellent and portions were big. Shrimp & mushroom truffle rice noodle- delicious! And their seafood congee was loaded with diff types of seafood

Small place at high7 and mccowan location, that serves congee and rice noodles. The wait time is usually around 10 to 15 minutes, but it's worth it. Their food is amazing! Oh, and if you download their app, you can get a 20% discount on your first order.

Food is absolutely legit here. Beef brisket with rice rolls was mind blowingly good. I'm not a big congee fan but I really liked their seafood congee. It had a lot of seafood in it. Shrimp spring rolls were fresh and good. And it's very reasonably priced. Service is fantastic.

Food is good and cheap and the place is open till late. Highly recommend the salted egg yolk buns, they're not savory like expected but are really good, and the congee. Rice rolls are okay, recommend the shrimp and chives rice rolls. Only downside is that they do not give plates, we ate with paper takeout bowls.

Congee’s consistency was too watery in texture and bland. The minced beef seems to be from frozen tubes. The Lai Wan style assorted congee is mostly made with squid tentacles and BBQ pork slices, with a few fish fillets that don’t taste like fish. We both agreed that the fried peanuts were the best out of the congee! The dough stick in rice noodle roll was crunchy but not all the rolls had the dough stick inside. It came with a mixed peanut and housin sauces but not sesame seeds on top and limited soy sauce. The tables are quite close and i got sprayed with cleaner when the staff cleared the table next to ours. She offered me a new bowl and only gave me replacement congee when i asked! Couldn’t finish it anyways cause its poor quality. You get 20% off with a coupon in their App and paying cash, but guess I’ll delete it after this meal.

This place offers authentic Chang Fen (腸粉) that hits the spot when you're craving a comforting Chinese meal. The Chang Fen here is simple and unpretentious, just like how it should be. The rice rolls with fried fritters (炸兩腸粉) were delicious, and I was impressed that the fritters remained hot and crispy even after the journey home. The homemade fish soup dumplings (自製手工魚皮餃) were hearty and flavorful, although they were a bit on the pricey side, compared to the other items on the menu.
