I get it's Christmas eve but 3 hour for a dinner for 6 and food shows up very bland not much flavor at all. Will not order from here again

This is some of the worst Chinese food I've ever had. I'm not sure why this is rated as high as it is. Everything was so bland, the chicken wings tasted like they were soaked in oil from 1985, the general tso chicken was the weirdest tasting general chicken I've ever had. Wasn't sweet or spicy. The Singapore noodles tasted like it was just fried with burnt oil and soy sauce. Even the chicken balls weren't great which is almost impossible to mess up. I ordered a small, plain white rice and they not only gave me chicken fried rice but charged me for it and then just wrote "plain" on it lol (I didn't realize I was charged for it until I'd left). The only edible thing was the Cantonese chow mein, and it still wasn't great. Very disappointing. And based on the fact I ordered 7 different things I don't think this was a "one off" or a bad night. Don't eat here.

Andy greeted and welcomed me like an old family friend. he was very knowledgeable on his food selections and recommendations. he also adjusted his ingredients for my enjoyment. Give YANG'S a try

Location is dated need an update for sure. By the looks of it, they do take out more than dine in. I ordered a number 9: wanting general Tao chicken. It's wasn't bad but it wasn't good either. The chicken fried rice was really good. Highly recommended. Overall: 3 out of 5 stars is decent. Would not be back anytime soon. But hope for more improvements in the near future.

Just tried take out from Yang's tonight and the food was great. We picked up so it was very hot and ready on time. The entire order was complete and well packaged. We would definitely eat this food again. 😋

I had to give at least one undeserving star just for the review. I ordered dinner at 6:50pm and was told because it was busy it would be 8pm for pickup and I agreed. When I arrived at 8:10pm I was informed that they had no steamed rice for the order. Chinese food but no RICE??? I walked out and will never go back. All they offered was for me to wait another 45 minutes. Service sucks and I used to love this place.

Definitely our favourite favourite Chinese takeout in the Barrie area. Always fresh and fast. They are always courteous, friendly and patient on the phone when taking our order and have made great recommendations whenever I wanted to try something different. Keep up the good work Yang's!!
