Yang's Braised Chicken Rice(North York)

Disappointed that I ordered take out via ubereats and the restaurant rams on bag with SEVEN containers stacked high that it’s unstable and falls over and leaked everywhere. Would it kill you to package the order in two bags? Dine in is fine but someone who doesn’t have a brain is packing takeout. I’ve tried to email the email address you provided but it bounced back twice and I left a voice mail to the phone number and no one has called me back since I left it last Friday.

I go here a lot. I have autism and ADHD. My husband told me like 3 years ago that I should try new things, I tried this and a few other places and I haven't ever been hooked like this for food. I love the food. I read another comment about the "blonde" server being bad. If it's the one lady I am thinking about, she is one of the hardest workers there. Every time I come in she has everything ready including the machine to pay, I love her for this. Honestly the person with the one star review probably was rude to her and she was just being flat. Have you tried being nice to the servers instead of feeling and treating people with entitlement. All that to the side. I love their hours of operation. I work overnights so my first break is always just before 2am and no one is ever open, but they are! I love my hide and seek broth at work (soup) 🍲. Thank you to this restaurant, you make the food great!

I love the atmosphere of this restaurant, which is perfect for dining with family and friends. The food was delicious and the staff was very nice and attentive. I really like their signature dishes and will come back next time to try others dishes

I found this shop by accident and was pleasantly surprised after coming! The dishes were fresh and delicious, especially their signature dishes, and the waiters were very warm and flattering. Will frequent! I really like the ambience of this restaurant and it's a great place to dine with family and friends.

Nothing but great things to say. If you want some hot spicy soup on a cold day? This is the spot. Most places have semi-spicy soup, but if you want a challenge, this is your spot. The braised chicken is beautiful tender and flavourful. With the price, they do not cheap out on the serving size. With each bite I took it didn’t feel like the dish was shrinking but rather growing with how much meat they gave!! This review is not based off of one visit either. Every time I’ve eaten here it’s been nothing but consistent.

What a meal! It was hands down one of the best dining experiences we ever had. The appetizers are unique and delicious, we got the chicken gristles and sliced beef with cilantros, it taste good on its own but even better with rice. The main dish is massive! We got braised beef with some toppings, the portion end up being a feast for two. Taste is flavorful and balanced as well, not too salty or gingery. Over all it’s a 5 star experience no less. Worth every single buck and we will be back soon.

Great experience for small group. Very delicious stone pot chicken or beef. Although menu has only 3 main dishes, plus some sides, they are all made very well! Yummy, and cozy. Would highly recommend. Yes, service was great! Polite and efficient!

How is the food? for food I am struggling between giving a 3 star or a 4 star, for me personally is a high 3 low 4, so I’ll just provide 4. I think their side dish is really tasty, but their main dish is okay, I didn’t really enjoy how the rice taste. The main dish you could choose from two different type, one is boneless and the other with bone, then you can choose spiciness level, I would say just go for the most spicy one, it is not that spicy. finally, you have the option to pick add-ons to the main dish which cost more money. the portion is already pretty big so I feel like you don’t need add-ons. How is the service? service is good, they don’t accept credit, so make sure you bring cash or debit card Would I recommend? on an occasional basis yes, they are interesting to try, but I probably wouldn’t go back too often.
