Phenomenal! Dined here two times, first time was in 2019, and we finally made time to go back (kid, pandemic, etc…) and it only got better from what we remembered. Go on an empty stomach, you will want to explore this menu and make room for dessert.

Very cute restaurant! The food was beautifully presented and so flavourful. We thought the prices were very reasonable— especially given the location and quality. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking to have good Mexican food in Toronto!

We recently 'rediscovered' Xola and are so glad we did. The lamb barbacoa is fabulous and chiles en nogada were featured until mid-September. So good!

Great mexican restaurant! The guacamole is excellent! We got the sampler and tried the traditional, goat cheese, and cactus. They were all amazing (specially the goat cheese one). The spicy mango margarita is delicious. They have a wide range of cocktails and wines. The tacos and taquitos were very good too. The service is friendly and attentive. In the summer they have an outdoor patio which is lovely. The washrooms are at the back of the restaurant and not very accessible but they were clean. I look forward to returning!

A must visit spot for authentic Mexican cuisine, the owners and staff were amazing, super friendly. The food is delicious, the portions were perfect size, the restaurant is charming with beautiful colourful art and indoor outdoor dining, I highly recommend this city Gem!

Superb meal. Lovely owners and warm service. This was a celebratory family outing, and everything was just top-shelf. Particularly wonderful were the grasshopper tacos, and Braised Lamb Barabacoa. But the Guac-Sampler was exemplary. The small dining area was filled to capacity, and yet we were still treated with the utmost diligence and care. Kudos.

We love this place so much. The food is fresh, vibrant and flavourful. We ordered the guacamole that was a classic. The coconut milk ceviche and Sopa Azteca (traditional Mexican soup) were standouts. The Mole and Beef Adobo with soft tortillas were very rich and tasty. The drinks were impactful and made with fresh ingredients including fresh strawberries. We’ve been here twice and plan to return again!

I would like to say that this is my favourite Mexican restaurant in Toronto. The food was absolutely outstanding; very unique, vibrant, flavourful and generous portions. My husband and I ordered some house specials and drinks. We were delightedly full at the end. Restaurant owners and staff were all professional and friendly. They absolutely love dogs! We brought our dog to the patio; one of the staff instantly welcomed our dog with a bowl of cold water. At the end of the meal, we were already planning to return to this restaurant to try other dishes. Thanks Xola! It was a great dinner.
