bbt at this place sucks.. order a black sugar milk tea... Its extremely watered down Tasteless. Its like adding another cup of water into it just to fill up cup space. 7$ is not worth it.

Xin Yi Time is a small family business located inside King Square Shopping Centre. They serve delicious Chinese food with generously sized portions. Highly recommended!

Lots of food options, from meals to snacks to drinks. It’s a takeout spot, and staff speak Cantonese, Mandarin, and English. I ordered chicken skewers and they cooked it fresh, delicious with a little spice in the flavour! Would go again.

This small family-owned business located inside King-Square shopping mall on Woodbine. They serve delicious homemade Chinese food (fast food ）with generously sized portions of hot and fresh ingredients. The prices are excellent with friendly and superb service. Self served, a limited seating area with a few chairs and small tables, mainly offer takeout.

Xin Yi Time, a Taiwanese-style boxed meal restaurant, offers a Korean spicy beef rice dish that is mediocre. The beef is processed poorly, resulting in a powdery texture. The salt and pepper chicken is passable, and surprisingly, the fruit and taro balls are quite good. There are plenty of toppings, and the addition of watermelon adds a refreshing touch. The fried sweet potato strips are always delicious.

I had a lot of Taiwanese good my life and popcorn chicken is my favorite. This place is ok, I got take out so the popcorn chicken is not as crispy. It feels like home cook food, not too salty but the meat/veg ratio to rice seems off. I will like to get more meat/veg and I am ok to pay a bit more.
