Excellent environment, friendly service, great menu choices and decent food in one place! We pre-booked a post-wedding brunch to celebrate our newly weds & spend extra time with our out of town guests and the experience was amazing. The food was absolutely delicious & I'm still dreaming about the baked sweet potatoes and the malawah :) Thank you Xawaash team for the lovely setup!

I had the GREATEST EXPERIENCE at Xawaash! I love the excellent and consistent customer service as well as the freshest, best tasting food! The food was SO good that I had to share it with my coworkers and they fell in love with everything I brought them from Xawaash! They were very accommodating with my big order!! Thanks once again to everyone at Xawaash! My coworkers and I will definitely be back!

The best Somali restaurant I’ve ever been to. The service is quick and friendly. The decor is beautiful, perfect for dates and family meals out. The food is also fantastic, there’s such a big variety and everything is done perfectly. They also have the best fresh juices and the date cake is out of this world. I’ll definitely be coming back again and again.

Absolutely incredible Somali restaurant - the food is beyond this world. I shared a lamb mandi with my partner and the meat would fall off the bone. It was so good. We also had the potato wedges and milk cake, the milk cake was delicious too! My brother had the beef suqaar and it tasted delicious too, and I had some of the chicken mandi my friend got the day after and it still held up.

I was ready to write great things but sadly I can't. The staff were inattentive there was one young lad who was helpful but we had to keep calling him over. The worst part was the food, I was so excited but I got the most saltiest meat I have every tasted. My husband said we should tell the staff but I know it might come back with special sauce aka bodily fluids. I never tell restaurants to change food. I just politely stop eating and ask for takeaway to either feed the bird or bin. I have had high blood pressure from pregnancy and I thought this would give me high blood pressure! There should be a warning for people with high blood pressure. Honestly I think the chef might have forgot and added salt twice. It was a ridiculous amount of salt. However the samosas were nice and the chilli sauce was good. The date cake with ice cream was average or bland (maybe because I have had better). The worst part was the price point for all that salt! The tables and floor was not clean as well as the toilets. This restaurant was recommended to me by my sister it was a huge let down. I would not recommend.

The date cake is worth the trip alone! Mandi was also cooked so beautifully! The restaurant is nice and spacious, super clean. Service was respectable. They did take time with the mandi, though it was definitely worth it. They also gave us soft serve for the date cake with the rest of the food, it melted by the time we got to dessert. They were nice enough to give us a new one! Overall 8.1/10
