The taste was good but I didn’t want to finish eating it after seeing how part of the beef became neon green and there’s a hair on the beef.

Actually it's a bit surprising that after I ordered the food, they didn't start to prepare until I came to their store. I asked why they didn't start to prepare, no response, all are excuses. The lady even asked me if it was me who ordered the food. If I can't tell them what I ordered, it's my fault. They didn't check the vendor machine which caused a delay in preparing but they never admit the fault. All the lady said is you should remember what you ordered...then no response at all. I can't believe they have such a bad attitude in serving people in North America! They are so lucky doing a business here surrounded by kind people who aren't too criticized.

Ran out of staff during my visit. The wait time was relative long and no one was available to serve. However, the beef dry noodle was good. Keep it up.

The food was great and noodles come with a free pop. However, the sauce of noodles was salty. The owner / the server was very friendly and nice.

Cute little place, great service. Speedy. Food is hot. Ordered the beef noodle soup. Cheap, good quantity. The actual noodles were nice. Soup base tasted like vegeta and bouillon (plain), and beef was a bit tough/dry. The bok choy didn't look that fresh/tasted overcooked.

We tried their beef noodle soup and beef dry noodles. Also, the one that is wrapped in tofu skin. So good! Everything we ordered were best seller. The beef dry noodle sauce was so good, everything is balanced. The staff are very accomodating and attentive. They have promo if you pay in cash. And the service was really fast. They have a lot of online orders too, cause there's always delivery staff picking up orders. It means that this place really sells good food.

Wuhan Noodle 1950 (Markham) is a small, popular, and cozy restaurant that serves its signature dishes. The beef hot dry noodles are my favorite, with a slightly spicy and flavorful sauce that complements the beef well. The crawfish hot dry noodles come with only three small crawfish, which is not a great value for the price. They were also too spicy for me, but those who like spicy food may enjoy them. The pork rib and lotus root soup was decent and paired well with the noodles and vegetables. The three delicacies bean curd skin was different from what I have had before. It had layers of glutinous rice and meat filling, while I'm used to having everything mixed together. However, I found the glutinous rice layer to be too thick and dense. I prefer it when everything is mixed together because it's less compact and has a softer texture. I also remember having had versions with more varied fillings like green beans and bamboo shoots, but this restaurant's version is mostly meat filling. The cold mixed vegetables had a nice salty-sweet flavor and was appetizing, but a little oily. I forgot to take a picture of the xiaolongbao, but for a Wuhan-style noodle restaurant, they were pretty good. The skin was just a tad bit thick, and the filling was average in taste. It's difficult to find parking during meal times, but if you don't mind spending money, you can park at the Hilton parking lot next door for around $4.

I enjoyed their dry noodle with beef which was flavourful. Their hun with pork was pretty good. They offered gloves so we could eat at ease. Wished their sticky rice wrapped with tofu had more flavour. I ended up using the sauce from my beef noodle as a dipping sauce for the sticky rice. The cucumber cold dish was very tasty except the cucumbers were crushed too small. The waitress was very polite and I was impressed how she handled the front by herself and making food at the same time. Will be back for sure!
